This was a fantastic space for our family group of ten to hang out for the week. We loved that the table was big enough for us to all eat together, and the living room space was a nice size as well. The beach was only a five minute walk and the unit had a wagon and some beach chairs and toys for use. The office staff were very kind and responded quickly when we needed to communicate about a couple of things. We let them know about a couple of minor issues with the microwave and fridge (that weren’t a big deal while we were there), and they said they would get right on it. The beds were ok, but pretty squeaky. May want to consider a pillow upgrade since they were fairly flat and thin. The only other main thing to note was that the hot water does not last super long. After one shower, the next people would have lukewarm and then tepid water. Even though there are four showers, I would not recommend using them simultaneously unless you are ok with tepid water…but maybe that feels good after a day on the beach! I would book here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house located about 5 min walk from public beach access. Pretty rare to find a four bedroom, four bath house for this much, we were very pleased! Only a few things to note (neither good or bad, just for future renters): no spices at all, the extra bedding listed as being in the closets were just a few extra pillows, and no blankets other than what was on the beds in the entire house. Also, it seemed that the neighboring townhome is doing some renovations as of early May. It wasn't early in the morning or late at night and not much of a bother but something to be aware of, especially if traveling with infants/toddlers. We enjoyed our stay and I found the agency to be quick to respond to questions and answered calls quickly. Would recommend!

Overall it was a great stay for our family. Couple of things we wanted to mention. Hot water seemed to run out quickly. The oven made the smoke alarms go off but we cleaned ourselves. Coffee table on main floor was broken when we got there.

This is a very nice and updated townhouse that was perfect for our large group. Very nice kitchen with a large table and 10 chairs. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms all very nice. The wagon and 5 beach chairs were very nice , and their was also other water toys for use. We needed more blankets for the hide a bed, and some help getting a tv to work and they were very responsive coming out very quickly. The only negative for us was the pool wasn’t heated and when I asked about it they said the association doesn’t turn on the heat until March 15th. All in all a very nice place to house a large group, we had a great stay!

The stove and microwave stop working on us sunday morning, so we had to eat out sunday for breakfast and dinner.
We noticed a few roaches theoughout the kitchen area.
However house was in a great location.

We were a little nervous about not being right on the beach with our large group and having little ones to contend with as well, but honestly, it was a very, very short two-minute walk. Grocery store was only a couple miles away. Pompano's was a three-minute walk away. Very convenient location!! The place was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room for us all to be together or go to our separate places for some quiet time.
Our cons to the place were so minor and hardly worth mentioning, but do plan to bring trash bags, dish soap, and something to clean the counters with after meals. A dish pod, sponge, and one trash bag was provided to get us started, but that didn't last long with our crew. The knives provided were not sharp and challenging to cut even a tomato. The beds were a little hard and would squeak when you rolled over. Again, these were very minor things and certainly not a deterrent to book the place again.
We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Overall, the property was just as described. Upon arrival we found a broken coffee table which we immediately notified the manager about. We had to wash the mattress protector of the sofabed as there were crumbs on it. They left a set of sheets for the sofabed but no blankets. They responded within an hour but since it was late we asked them to deliver the next day which they did. Be prepared to purchase additional soap, toilet paper, etc as they only provide a starter amount but that was clearly communicated ahead of time. Some of the beds could use an upgraded bedframe. Great location within walking distance of the sandy white beach!

We had an absolutely amazing time in Florida!! This property had everything we needed to accommodate 9 people…it was about a block and a half to the beach which was about a 5 minute walk! Wagon, beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Pool was nice to come back to after the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Pros: very close walk to nice beach and Pompano Joe’s (lots of fun). Close to restaurants, Harborwalk, shops, Destin, 30A, malls, and much more. Nice pool, pretty townhouse.
Cons: Many of the sheets were stained and had to be washed prior to sleeping on them. Many towels also stained with holes. Could use some new sheets and towels. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint like one other review mentioned. Very noisy area. Music and talking sometimes went on outside master window until 2-4am. Just a very busy area so if you want quiet, not the place. No fault of property owners, just the area.
Overall: We enjoyed our stay. First time to Miramar and lots to do. Property was clean overall but the sheets and towels were a big thing for us. Check in and out super simple. Convenient location.

The townhouse was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and beautifully decorated as well. I loved it and really felt “at home” during our stay. The description of the property is pretty much spot on. We did walk to the beach one day. It wasn’t a bad walk at all - 10 mins or so I’d say. Pictures of the rooms looked just like them. However, the pics online seems to make the rooms a look a lot bigger than they actually are. Overall a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

This townhome exceeded our expectations. It was way bigger in person. We were a big group and had plenty of space for all of us. This home is kept really clean, felt homy as soon as you walk into the door, it is well decorated.

We were just a short walk to the beach, so it made each day extremely easy. House worked for what we needed it for nicely. My only negative was that the walls were scratched up a lot, master tub didn't drain, and the sweeper did not work. All minor things we could have called maintenance to fix while we were there, but we were more interested in enjoying the beach!

We really enjoyed the property.it was clean and close to the beach. I wish there were more restaurants withing walking distance. But overall had a seamless experience

Property was good walking distance to beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. My husband noticed black mold on the ceiling in the master closet, not sure if it’s been removed and just not painted to fix or if it’s still there. I did not call about because there would not be much they could do. Luckily we did not have to use the closet. The master shower also was stopped up upon first use, but nothing a plunger could not fix.
Overall our stay was good. Did not have to contact management other than to try and change our arrival/checkout date but the rep. told me since we were so close to our arrival date they couldn’t change it, even though the dates were open. I understand policy, but would think they would be able to accommodate since the day after arrival and the day after our original check out date were still open.

Excellent. Very nice . Was everything promised. More than enough room for all of us! Beach chairs saved us and were amazing. Only thing that would make it off the top would be golf cart but we didn’t mind taking some walks to get our heart rate up to find different places to eat . We will definitely be back! Oh and take advantage of dolphin cruise it was so much fun!

We had 9 friends from MS, LA & TN come together for a friend reunions and the house was perfect! Enough space for everyone! Big kitchen table for everyone to come together for breakfast and dinner! Each room has their own bathroom which was PERFECT for us! A little walk to the beach but no more than 10 minutes!

Easy walk to the beach, clean property, comes with a wagon and beach chairs to use at beach if needed, a big table in the kitchen that fits 10 for meals in! Overall we had a great wonderful stay! The kids loved their own bunk room and the condo was so clean. Easy walk to Pompano Joe’s but it was an hour and 45 min wait to eat! Pool is much smaller than in the pictures, but was very clean often empty. Super easy check-in and check-out. Would book this condo again!
