Good location, peaceful and quiet

The location , the ambience ,felt like home away from home. Neighbours friendly, community had shops close to our convenience. Staff communication was excellent. Value for money. Would definitely stay there againe.would recommend same.
Small amount of toiletries , just 1 tissue in bath room, no shower gel,no paper hand towels for neither bathroom nor kitchen, bathroom shower was not clean. Had hair particles all over.also the plug in bath was clogged up.Also the windows in bedroom, the outside had garbage right underneath on that window so ,I had to keep the shutters closed. Bed a bit soft but comfortable.

The aspect to the bedroom window was dumped rubbish that had clearly been there for some time. No incentive to open the window for FRESH air.
Untidy rubbish and cleaning materials? in the reception hallway.
More crockery / cutlery would save having to put the dishwasher on so frequently ! as it was there was only 1 dishwasher tablet anyway.

My overall experience was outstanding, booking the accommodation was easy. I was emailed a number to call for collection of the keys which was done very professionally. A women called Helen was waiting for me on arrival with the keys. Helen was very polite, warm and welcoming from the moment I’d spoken to her on the phone. Helen showed me around the property and explained everything I needed to know. Upon departure I needed to stay longer to which the company went above and beyond to accommodate my request. These properties leaves you feeling like you are home from home. Highly recommend staying here to all.
The slamming of doors from other guesses within the building at all hours. However this is no fault of the letting agency themselves as they have displayed notes within the corridors to ask guests to be respectful to other guests.

The location is central, nice modern apartment , ideal for a few nights
I could not get the plug out of the bathroom sink to empty it. And the doors in the building plus people coming in and out made a racket in the morning. Would take two minutes to clean the rubbish from the bedroom window ledge outside.

Few problems getting through on phone to host - our fault - so by the time we did we were almost at location and it was getting late. However, host still came out personally & guided us into the private car park in the dark & helped carry luggage upstairs.
Apartment very clean, spacious, with great facilities & neutral, modern decor. Apartment building was mostly quiet whenever we were there - no loud neighbours - except on Sunday morning when the church bells were going for the morning service! But on the whole it was a quiet, residential area (with shops & a pub close by) & we were able to get parked right outside every time, as promised.
A few more bits of crockery, cutlery would be useful for us lazy folk who don't want to wash up after every meal...
Sky remote control was a bit past its best but we got it to work (we didn't come to sit & watch TV all day anyway).

lots of space. modern. with parking. clean. we didn’t use the kitchen but it seems well equipped.
The tap in the sink in the bathroom has no water coming out so we had to brush out teeth in the sink in the kitchen.

Good location, very clean pretty good facilities.
Uncomfortable pillows, no additional loo paper, only two dishwasher tablets provided for a week booking. Very poor wi-fi.

Spacious accommodation, good facilities, nice and cool despite the hot weather, lovely and clean. Made a good base while visiting family. Would definitely stay again. All things we didn't like were very minor.
Check out procedure could have been detailed on check in, one light faulty that wasn't fixed, gap under front door causing poor sound insulation to corridor. All very minor.

Excellent accommodation in central location to Town Centre. Property was spacious, spotless and other than missing a few basic utensils in the kitchen was absolutely fantastic. Host was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment was tired, there was some sign of mold in the shower area, the oven didn't work and the tap constantly dripped.
