The design and decoration was tastefully done and the beds were very comfortable. It is a lovely barn conversion.

Cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the house. Under our double bed it was disgusting, I found a Christmas cracker, tissues, hairs, empty toilet roll and a plug. It was obvious no one had checked this before we arrived. We didn't have enough large white towels for 6 adults staying in the property. Generally the property is lacking in maintenance jobs. You couldn't wash up as there was no working plug. There was no fuse in the coffee machine when we arrived. There were 2 utensils for cooking 1 wooden spatula and a cheese grater. During our stay it was cool in the evenings and I had taken my 88 year old mother with use who was cold. The heating wasn't set up and didn't work throughout our stay.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. It would be a nice unit if repairs and maintenace carried out

Advised of problems with bathroom and sink drainage, resulting in smells, which was not acknowledged. Poor attention to maintenance with main door not very secure due to it swelling.
