Location of Cottage is ideal. Warm & Cosy with homely feel.

Not as clean as we had expected, Kitchen did not feel like it had been cleaned thoroughly, with previous guests crumbs in Fridge/Freezer, Cutlery drawers & Oven. Lamp Shades in Middle Double Bedroom were extremely dusty. Nice touch leaving Biscuits for your guests, but unfortunately, these were well out of date Oct 2020. No Bath Towels provided, which the host did notify us, but not sure why they are not provided & also guest need to strip all bed sheets & duvets before checkout

the only difficulty we had was the very narrow archway to access the property. However this was highlighted by the owner and advice given

It’s location was quiet & peaceful but within walking distance of many pubs, restaurants etc and also beautiful walks too

Owner Comms are amazing, location is fabulous, cottage is so cosy with lots of social space and comfortable seating. Beds in the two main rooms were lovely and the showers/ bathrooms were great! Access to property easy and parking space was very handy!!

The two single beds were a little short for two tall teens but did not detract from the property or our stay x

Fabulous accommodation

The location was great. Facilities provided a home from home feel. The hosts had taken very thorough planning in providing extra little touches to ensure a great stay.

Access via the arch for parking outside the cottage. We were given plenty of warning & having visited Krikby Lonsdale before we know where to park

Fabulously located cottage in the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale. The cottage was much bigger than we had expected and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would be happy to stay here again.

Clean, homely and charming.

The access to the parking was hard but we were aware of this before our trip and there isn't anything more that the hosts could do about this in a property that has been in situ for at least 100 years.

The cottage is simply lovely, very welcoming and has everything to make your stay perfect. Kirkby Lonsdale is one of my favourite places and we generally visit 3 or 4 times a year. The location of this property is fabulous and I hope to stay there again on our next visit, highly recommend!!!

Great stay, property was very clean and tidy.

Make sure to book all bars or restaurants for dinner as it is very busy!
