Location was awesome!! Beautiful sunrise views every morning. Condo had everything we needed, so well equipped!! Will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this property, which was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, comfortable, convenient, nicely decorated, with beautiful views of the ocean as well as the pool area in the Sea Coast complex. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

Great property that is right on the water. Beach was easily accessed and the condo was stocked well with beach supplies. Chris was always available anytime we had a question and was very responsive. He was kind enough to allow us to add a few extra days to our trip when we were able to get the additional time off last minute. Thanks, Chris, for a great stay!

Being on the 2nd floor was very convenient for us. My mother, who is 91, was able to walk up and down the stairs to the pool. The condo is very nice, although the living room could use a low clearance fan to circulate the AC. The bedrooms were nice and cool, but living room would get warm quickly. We did find a small fan and put that in the living room pointed up to circulate the air and that helped. We will definently love to rent again!

This property was even better in person. The views and location were absolutely gorgeous. The property manager was responsive and so helpful with restaurant recommendations...he really went above and beyond. Our family always gets sad leaving vacation, but this time we left knowing 100% we will return. Highly recommend. Entire stay was perfect .

Clean, updated, great views, location on non-driving beach, close to shopping and dining but far enough away so it’s not crowded. Finally, A+ on communication!

Two retired couples shared this oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice. Property is a great location for beach walks and easy access to all parts of New Smyrna Beach. Owners responded very quickly to questions I had. A wonderful stay!

This condo is very comfortable, in a good location. with a balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The decor really sets the mood of vacationing and relaxing. A big plus is the kitchen that is very well equipped with every utensil needed to prepare meals. Chris is a wonderful host and answered any questions I had immediately. We definitely will stay here again and recommend it.

I have visited New Smyrna Beach for many years, and almost always stay at Sea Coast. This was by far the nicest condo I have stayed at there though! We had the absolute best trip while staying here. Everything is so well organized within the kitchen, closets, etc…the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The couch was so big and comfy, as well as the balcony furniture! The owner has the best communication and makes it all feel so personable. This condo really felt like home for the week, and we will definitely be returning every year!

Well kept grounds, good location, comfortable furniture, clean, and Chris was very responsive. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

This condo was close to the beach, however the balcony was not laid out the way I had thought. Only about 2-3 feet of the of the balcony was facing the ocean, and we never really used it other than to store out beach chairs. This wasn’t the best balcony for wave watching as it was more pool side. All in all we did enjoy this condo the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beach supplies were great to have on hand and the condo was clean. ***The ice maker did not work while we were there, however Chris started that it would be taken care of. But if you are buying your kitchen supplies before you go to the condo you might want to buy a bag of ice.

The location is absolutely terrific. So close to the pool, beach, and practically anything you may need (groceries, beach items, and ice cream just to name a few..) is directly across the street. I wouldn't change anything and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The property was clean and exactly as described. Very highly recommended. You won't regret staying here.

If you want a extraordinarily clean condo that is only a few steps from the beach, then this property is for you. The view if the ocean is wonderful. I will be using this property for future vacations. The location is walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants.

The views cannot be beat! This is a nice clean condo with a comfy master bed and a well equipped kitchen. Eating at the table is like having your own beachside restaurant and the beach is lovely. This condo is a great choice for a relaxing retreat!

Just left this was our first visit to New Smyrna really liked it overall plenty to do everything is close by. This unit is the first one right on the beach so it close everything is there for you in the condo so just groceries and your ready . Also a big plus the keys are in a lock box right on the front door so easy access when you arrive so no hunting anyone or hunting down your keys .

We were lucky to find this condo available to close out the crazy Covid year of 2020! The condo is very charming with an amazing view of the ocean and pool. It was very comfortable and clean, well stocked with everything you need for a family beach vacation. The king size bed is very comfortable, The sound of the ocean and the breeze made for a great night sleep! The large sofa in the great room was cozy and where our 5 year old son would nod off to sleep after a long day of fun in the sun. Chris the owner was great to work with, his communication was quick, very friendly and professional. We hope the condo is available for our next trip back to NSB, it was the perfect place for family of 3. Thanks Chris, we really enjoyed our stay! Happy New Year and cheers to 2021 being a much better year!

This property was just right for our family of 4 to enjoy a quick getaway to the beach this spring. The kitchen was especially well-stocked and the owner was very responsive to any questions that came up.

My husband and I had a great time at this spacious condo. It would also be great for a family vacation, with beach toys and chair at the ready. The balcony had some amazing views and we loved walking on the beach every day. The pool was well-maintained and not too many people were there while we were (fortunate during the pandemic). The kitchen is well-stocked with just about every utensil, pot, and pan you can imagine. A great option for a home away from home.

Since we were here during Eta, we had some rain and windy conditions, but being so comfortable in this condo was wonderful. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, a relaxing living area and plenty of room. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and was a great place to enjoy the beach, but be out of the wind. Thank you for a wonderful stay and will definitely book again if ever in the area!

Great Condo to stay in right on the beach. Everything to do is centrally located from the Condo location, and we plan to return to the same place in the future. Had a great time!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The condo had everything you could need for a comfortable stay including beach toys, boogie boards, and lawn chairs! You are practically on top of the beach when out on the balcony. The view is perfect! We hope to come back again. Thanks for a great stay!

Sea Coast 201 was the perfect place for our family! Due to Covid19, it was a little different than usual, but we were able to cook in our condo and social distance on the beach and at the pool. The condo gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy time with our two boys. The view is amazing from the balcony, the master, and the kitchen table. We will definitely be back!!

This was the perfect place for us. We loved the location, the condo itself, and the owners were great. We experienced a problem with the Wi-fi, and they made sure it was resolved immediately. Will definitely try to stay here again! <3

This is a very nice condo with amazing oceanfront views and is literally just steps to the pool and beach. The owner, Chris, is very quick to respond with all communications or concerns. We had one issue when we arrived but Chris immediately addressed it and went above and beyond to remedy it and accommodate for. The condo could use some minor upgrades but nothing major. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The washing machine and dryer are not located in the condo but are in a laundry room located on each flood towards the front of the building, next to the front stairs (you will need quarters to use them). Sea Coast Condominiums property AND pool are kept very nice and clean! We stayed six nights and saw the pool cleaned several times and staff members pulling any weeds or out of place grass. The pool is pretty large and the water temperature was absolutely perfect! When the tide is out, we like to look for shells and play on the sand bar. It is located in a pretty quiet area and not too far from good restaurants, tourist spots and good family fun. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to renting from Chris again in the future.

Our second visit to these condos! My girls love being so close to the pool AND the beach! Their favorite thing is to swim at night when the pool lights up. The beach is not crowded at all. So beautiful! Thank you for a fun trip!
