Fair Street Retreat Historical Cozy Studio Downtown Petaluma
Construit en 1870, notre Fair Street Retreat fait partie d’une des plus anciennes maisons de Petaluma. Nous sommes situés à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Petaluma. Prenez votre petit-déjeuner au Tea Room Café ou dégustez un buffet chaud quotidien au marché de Petaluma. Si vous souhaitez rester à l'intérieur, préparez du café dans la kitchenette et installez-vous sur le pont sous le saule.
Notre studio comprend un lit king-size, une télévision haute définition de 50 cm, des placards recouverts de cèdre et une mini-kitchenette garnie de café, de thé et de nombreuses collations.

We stayed at the property for a high school reunion weekend in Petaluma. The studio is very clean and quiet and the location is terrific- easy walking distance to downtown Petaluma. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was small but had everything we needed for our stay. It's close to downtown but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The property managers were super responsive to our communication. Not much room in the "food/kitchen" area, but we planned on eating out most of the time any way, so it didn't matter to me. Has a nice big bathroom and comfy king bed.

The space was perfect for our weekend. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The space was perfect for the two of us and had the amenities we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property in a lovely area of Petaluma, just a short walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The owners courteously kept us informed about anything we needed to know during our stay. The studio was cozy and well appointed and included games, snacks other extras. We highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay at Fair Street Retreat! The apartment was clean, kitchenette well stocked and communication with host was super easy. Loved the location, it was quiet, yet close to downtown. Really appreciated being able to bring our small dog, so much more convenient than a hotel.

This was the perfect little place! Close to historical downtown, but far enough away for it to be quiet. Such a great porch to relax on. The hosts were extremely communicative and respectful of space. Would highly recommend!

A lovely experience!
Tucked in behind fluttering trees is a cozy guest cottage with all the comforts of home. From the retro style bath with enjoyable toiletries and luxurious towels, to the large living area with a quality bed and pleasing to the eye decor. The kitchen area was more than adequate with the Petaluma Market within walking distance. I would recommend the in house fish cakes.
Everything about my stay with Christie offered me rest and renewal. I look forward to coming back to their cozy spot.
