A group of 9 at us stayed here for a music festival we were attending in Baytown. The location was perfect, food establishments/Walmart/HEB/etc all within 3-10 minutes of the property. The house was cozy and great for a big group. The owners provided water which was a really nice touch to all of us. Nina was great with communicating with us and always responded quickly and was happy to help with any questions we had. Check in and check out were a breeze. Will definitely rebook in the future!

Everything was clean and there were more than enough room for eveyone. It is a very peacefull and well kept neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

David you have been so wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for your kindness. The townhouse was a true blessing for us. We all got to be together and everyone had a bed to sleep in. It was clean and very comfortable.

This Condo was dreamy! It is a huge 4 bedroom place and there is room for everyone! I wish we were staying more than 2 nights! I could spend a week here. From the beautiful decor, plenty of seating, spacious rooms, even a swing on the front porch! Everything was just right! Even the beds were comfortable (although it wasn't until we were stripping the kids beds that we realized the bottom bunk bed was the best in the house! Haha) We had a great time and do plan on returning!!

I originally booked a 3 bedroom house but the owner has upgraded me this 4 bedroom house for free. This nice house is very well-kept and fully furnished that made us feel like it were our second home. From free-internet to cable TV, Netflix movies..., this house comes with more free entertain packages than 5 stars hotels (the wifi gateway is below the TV in the living room. Look for gateway name and password written on that gateway, don't use the info written on the paper posted at the back door). It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them have queen bed, 1 room has king bed and the other room has a bunk bed for our teenager kids. There are also 2 twin-bed in the living room and 3 couches so this house has more sleeping beds than we could use (we have 3 families, total 13 people). Extra blankets, pillows are in the cabinets locate around the house. The kitchen has all the cooking tools, plates and bowls (Corelle). We did not do much cooking because we eat out most of the time but we cooked some breakfast and warm up some food. Even though the house has some soap in the restroom, it is good idea to bring your own shampoo and bath soap as we did. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and if we have a chance to visit Houston again, we definitely will book this house with David again.

We really had no idea what to expect because we never rented a vacation home before. Well I am pleased to report that it was great. Having all the things we were accustomed to having in our own home was such a convenience. We purchased groceries at the local market, were able to wash and dry our clothes without going to the laundromat. We even grilled some hot dogs with the charcoal, lighter and grill that was provided. We will definitely being considering vrbo for our extended stays in the future. It was a nice experience at David and Nina's place. The description was very accurate including the interior. The place was clean and lots of things were made available by the owner. David responded at every call, even his father in-law. We felt so much like the family were are host. I recomend this property to anyone that enjoys having his own space. It is indeed a home away from home.

Very nice place! We really enjoyed it! David was extremely helpful in giving directions and with anything else we needed for the trip. The only complaint was the air filter was really dirty but I assume it was accidentally forgotten. I actually purchased a new one and put it in. Thanks for everything!

Warm and comfortable feel, perfect for family vacation. The property is very clean and private with everyday access to the pool and basketball court. We rented for a week and had the best time with our family. Is close to a lot of attractions and you still have the convenience of coming back to a home set up. Great please and the best owner, we appreciate the service. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Great stay and very nice

We rented this home so our family could stay together during the weekend we were celebrating our daughter's graduation. The owner was very helpful before our stay and the home was exactly as we expected it to be. It was clean and well maintained and exactly what we expected. The location was close enough to downtown Houston to make it easy to get to our various activities. We would recommend this location to friends.

WE had an awesome time! The townhouse was great for our family. David was so helpful not only was his description totally accurate, he gave specific driving directions to the places we told him we wanted to go. The house was clean and homey. I would definitely suggest this place to others. We could love to return it was close to the places we go and our sons that live in Houston. Thanks for a great time.

Everything about this townhome was great from its' cleanliness, spaciousness, well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, beautiful floors and bedding, to all of the netflix movies we were able to watch for free! Weather was too cool to use the pool and grilling but they looked very inviting and will use them next time! All information about restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, etc. was included at the property for us to plan out our stay. Everything was as clean and nice, if not better than the photos show! We love the Kemah Boardwalk area and the Saint Arnold's Brewery so be sure to visit those places during your stay. We have already recommended this property to all of our family and friends and I am planning another stay this coming September. Thank you, David and Nina, for making our getaway so perfect!

The place was rented for my parent and relative who came to attend my wedding. It had everything we needed. The place was neat and well kept. The master bedroom was perfect for my bridesmaids to get ready. One suggestion is to maybe include additional keys. There were many times when our family members were going in and out and we have to plan for someone to be home or pass the key around to the right person. Will definitely come back! Thanks!

Very quiet, comfortable, and spacious rental. Clean updated rental with washer and dryer for extended stays. Covered parking for two. Pool access. Close proximity to grocery stores and Walgreens. Easy to find. Close proximity to to Beltway 8. Owners are informative and helpful if needed. Dog friendly with lots of green space for walking.

My fiance and our three children stayed here for a weekend getaway for my sons birthday. The home was clean and beautiful I was able to cook and have all the comforts of home; as well as access to the pool and the bbq pit for a small family get together. The Campbells were friendly and helpful with all of our needs it was like staying with family without any of the stress.

We took a group to a conference in downtown houston. Hotel rooms would have cost a fortune! This was a super alternative! 1-We saved money. 2- The condo was well-cared for. 3-The owners were easy to reach and very friendly. 4-The welcome packet was thoroughly informative 5-it's super close to downtown houston. 6-It is also very close to Kemah boardwalk (we made an afternoon trip there as we headed home.) We made the right decision, thanks so much David and Nina!

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The home was exceptional and everything we were looking for in a rental. It was a great place to hold a weekend team building event for 13 people. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

We were very happy with the house. It served our purposes wonderfully. Some suggestions: More toilet paper; inform that the grill is at the pool área, not at the house; there were no toys or games. I suggest that there be at least a ball and maybe colors, blocks, etc. However, most people with children bring toys with them.

We rent this house for business purposes in the Passadena area. We were four busy professionals and the house provided all the comfort we needed for the length of the stay. I would rent this house again. It is well maintained, has all the appliances needed and very close to the grocery stores.

Our first impression was this townhouse feels very homey and very functional. It got everything you need for a comfortable stay.The kitchen is fully furnished for light cooking. The dining table did not have enough seating at the time but we make do around the large dining table. There is even detergent with washer and dryer. The decor throughout the house and down to the bedding choices are well thought out, unlike motels with their typical old and depress-looking bedding. There were a few maintenance problems during our stay but the young owner was very attentive and quick to address all the problems. Be sure to ask the owner and his wife for attraction ideas and the best directions to all those attractions in the nearby cities such as Houston or Galveston. We definitely enjoy watching movies on Netflix in the cozy living room. For our next vacation rental, we hope to find one as comfy as this one.
