For the price, the house being so close to the lift is awesome. The view is amazing, and the condo is quite spacious. The catch? This condo is still in need of some simple fixes as noted by other reviewers (kitchen cookware and utensils, simple repairs to the blinds, dated furniture). I read these before staying, and I knew this going in. I spent more on a cleaning fee than on the rental for the house itself; that is incredible to me.

This was one of 2 units rented for a group of 30-40 year olds. We enjoyed this property. The price, sleeping arrangements, and location were all great. Many reviews point out this unit could use some love - and it could, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. Beds were comfy, water in the showers was hot and the location is great to access the mountain and all communications were simple and sufficient. Thanks!

This place was an 3 minute walk from the lift. The walls were thick and had a deliciously comfy couch. It had a shared fenced in backyard for our pup. Theres also a great offleash dog park a five minute drive away. The fireplace was nice after a day on the slopes.

This unit has a super excellent location in Ketchum! Within 5 minutes of downtown and extremely close to Warm Springs Lodge. The unit was clean but there were alot of dead bugs that we noticed. Overall, we had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

Can't beat the walk to the ski lift. This is our 2nd vaca here - rented next door last year. We have a large dog so options are limited and this was perfect with our dog and 5 adults. We had a few issues with being sent the wrong entry code to get in at first - but got it figured out.

This condo has a great location, but its very dated and needs care. This is our second year staying in the same condo and some of the same problems existed last year in 2021.
First, the deck is in great disrepair, and in fact there is a sign stating that it is closed. They do not tell you that on the reservation however, but it cannot be used. The deck was in poor shape last year (2021) as well - nails up everywhere on the deck, peeling paint - there's really no excuse for not having repaired it in 12 months.
Second, there are at least 6 windows that cannot be opened - the mechanisms do not function. They are in the stair well between the 1st and 2nd floor, by the dining room table, and upstairs in the loft. In the loft the right hand window has no screen. There's no AC in the condo - so if you are renting this in the summer getting a cross breeze will be impossible.
Third, there were a lot of lights that were out or missing - the bathroom on the second floor, the front porch light, the back porch light. That speaks to simply not keeping up the property.
Finally, the heater in the second floor bathroom doesn't work in 2022 and it didn't work in 2021. We heated it using a small heater we brought!. Vacasa said that an electrical company was coming on our last Friday in the condo, but they never showed up.
Bottom line - if you are skiing all day and only use the condo to sleep in, it will be fine. But if you want to do more than that, buyer beware - its dated and a lot of things simply do not work in the condo (the decks, the heater, multiple windows, various lights will be missing or out).

Great spot for skiing. You can literally walk to the lifts. Backyard is fenced for your pets. Only drawback is the place looks a little tired, i.e. could use some updating and no deck furniture.

Listing says newly updated. They might be referring to one bathroom. Very misleading. Carpet is original from when it was built. Carpet is stained. Unit was dirty, really dirty. It needed to be vacuumed. There were dead bugs in the bathrooms. Lots of dust on the windows sills.
There’s no AC in the unit. I was told to open the windows and shut the blinds during the day. The blinds on the south side are broken, seriously only half of the vertical blinds was there. Only half the windows would open.
We were told not to go on the deck as the HOA deemed it “unsafe.” And it did look unsafe. There’s plastic/tarps on the roof.
Neighboring unit can look directly into the downstairs bathroom, no window coverings for privacy.
Door locks are sketchy. You can’t actually tell if you lock the doors without testing them from the outside. Wrong keys were provided and it took almost a day to get the correct keys.

Great location, property itself not exactly what we hoped mainly because balcony was not usable and we were not made aware of that when we booked. Also very difficult to get Vacasa on the phone. Enjoyed our stay though!

Great Location. Dated Property
You can't beat the location as it's less than a 5-minute walk to the lodge and lifts. There's plenty of room but the property is super-dated with upgrades needed. The deck was damaged (and off-limits), the front porch/steps were damaged, and the front door was essentially a closet door. The kitchen was fine and the beds were comfy. We used the fireplace every night...although the screen on that was broken, too. We'd likely choose another place to stay even if that means more money.

5 Star Location !
This unit has a 5 Star location ! The unit itself could use a little more TLC, but we came to SKI !!! This unit is was very affordable for 6 nights. It has all the necessary amenities and again "location, location, location". I've been coming to SV since 1989 and always prefer to stay in the Warm Springs village. We will be back !

Good for a Staycation
I was having a remodel done on my home in Hailey and needed a place to stay close to home. The views are great. Heating in every room. A full functioning kitchen and tons of cookware. And a private fenced in backyard where my dog could go so I didn't have to walk him at midnight and 6:00am. Wish I could take it with me.

Great Condo
Condo was very spacious, view of the ski slopes, and not far from town center. our beds were Super Comfortable!

Warm springs rental
Garage was blocked by painters ladders. View windows covered by paper. Deck condemned and unusable. Blinds broken and unusable. TV’s not programmed to work. The unit has great potential and a fabulous location.

Great location, but mainteance needed.
This listing needs an update that says the deck is not usable, something we were notified of before arriving, but seems to have been the case for some time. In the unit, we found a sign saying so with a photo of a fallen tree on a deck, however the photo was of a different deck. I agree with the other reviewer about needed maintenance to be done. Windows had issues. Some would not open and some screens broken. Blinds were missing slats. Carpet was stained. Pots and pans not clean. The lack of blinds or disturbed glass allow close neighbors to observe your bathroom routine.
The area is really fantastic. We enjoyed hiking, hot springs and more.

Great location, good stay
The place could use a little updating, carpets were stained, windows/shades were not in working order, couldn't use deck, no ac and also no fans in place of ac. Other than that, the place was big enough with separate bathrooms for each couple...it was spacious and had most things needed in the kitchen, plenty of extra blankets if needed, washer and dryer was nice to have on site so you don't have to bring as much for clothing.

Very Diappointed
It was not very clean. I had to take sanitizer wipes and wipe the hand rails on the stairs and the bath tubs. The screen door was off its track in the lower bedroom and the blinds handle was broke so couldn’t open blinds, carpet and furniture was old and dirty. The bath tubs had no stoppers to be able to take a bath. The mattresses were horrible and the sheets were rough like sand paper. This unit needs to be updated and painted and it smelled. Half of the window handles were stripped out and wouldn’t open . I would not stay there until this is all fixed. For the price we paid it was not a 4 Star rating that we research.

Maintenance and stuffs
Overall, we had a great weekend staying in this rental.
That being said, there are some maintenance to be done inside. A window would not close because of the mechanism, some would not open, blind missing half of the its things, carpet outdated, couch outdated and not very clean, window screen broken… we knew there was no A/C in this unit, but it’ll be good to have a couple of fans to help the place to stay cool. For the price, we were expecting something a little better maintain.
Easy check in and out, free bus to go downtown every 30 minutes, quiet neighborhood helped us enjoyed our weekend. Just needs some maintenance to be done.

Spring Skiing Vaca
The condo is right across the street from the Warm Springs Ski Lodge, which was perfect for us. Plenty of space in the condo with spectacular views of the ski runs. It was fun to watch the groomers in action after the resort closed. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us and our dog.

Nice surprises here
We were pleasantly surprised by this property in three ways. 1) location - very short, and level walk to the chairlift which takes you all the way to the top. 2) much larger than we expected from the listing (the listing in this case accurate, but it is common to be surprised by creative photos in other listings) and 3) the quality of the items in the space - it is clear that the owners are reinvesting to keep things maintained and up to date. Fantastic ski in / ski out spot
We loved staying here. It’s right at the foot of the mountain, perfect for walking right up to the ski lift. Interior was dated, but it was still a fantastic place to stay!

We had a super time at your condo! Management was super attentive and made sure to meet our needs. We requested a few items for our arrival and they were there upon arrival. Fast communication with management. Place was huge and we loved the slopes view from our living room. Fireplace was an awesome addition. Place was clean and well stocked. Great location with a wonderful view!
We loved the condo! So spacious, and was furnished with all the amenities we needed during our ski trip.
Management was so responsive, we needed a few items before arriving and they were there as soon as we arrived.
Ski lifts were steps away and we could see the trails from the living room. We appreciate all the comfort and being pampered. We will definitely come back.
