The location is great. Accessible walking and commuting near the city. Great spots around the hotel.

Amazing staff, nice clean rooms, good location
Mattress a bit firm but really good value and nice place.

The place is near the Manas airport, you have shops and drug stores nearby. The staff can speak english and are very friendly - they helped us to get a driver for Ala Archa park and also helped us to find a doctor when my girlfriend got sick.

The room was specious and had a private bathroom. The location is pretty much quite. On the corridor there was a coffee maker, a bottle of water, some cups and a small fridge (full of someone's stuff and pretty warm inside).
The stuff is not available during the night (even if it's said at reception that it is), they don't answer the messages. Pay attention that Master Card is not working in 99% cases. You can pay by cash, dollars or Visa. There's a list of dishes for breakfast. You have to pre-order it and say the time. We asked for an omelette with salmon and cottage cheese pancakes. The breakfast came with 20 minutes delay and there was an omelette with a single sausage and some tired vegetables and a portion of cottage cheese pancakes with some tired strawberries and a couple of slices of banana. The answer was: they mixed my order with another one and the salmon was not available anymore. Check my pictures of the breakfast. In the country of wonderful, juicy, cheap vegetables and fruits they give you some wastes for the breakfast. The tomato had one side cut off which means it had some problems already. Seriously?! According to the booking.com the room has a mountain view. We had a big tree covering the whole view. But at some point it was good because it was protecting the room from the sun light. Also there were no shower gel or shampoo as on the pictures, just a bottle of soap. The condition system was very weak. The TV had a broken leg and was falling down. The toilet seat was just laying on the toilet not even fixed on it. The stuff showed me the balcony where guests could smoke and it was next to my balcony. Nice...

Good WiFi connection.
The official photos of the hotel and the rooms on Booking.com do not correspond very well to reality, maybe a few years ago. Even the description of the equipment does not match, the reality is worse. The room smelled of cigarettes. it was dark, with a small window to a deserted garden and a busy street, beds with sagging mattresses, an old unmaintained shower in the bathroom, the air conditioning filter very dirty. Uncleaned carpets in the corridors, the promised hotel restaurant closed for years. At the entrance of the signpost to the comfort section and the staff section, we got a room in the staff section, supposedly a standard two-bed room. Reception only available via WhatsApp, in person perhaps sometime around the evening. The ordered breakfast (albeit with a big apology and subsequently free of charge) was delivered to the room only on the third day.

Okay for short stay
No one was there when we arrived

The receptionist, Ali, was extremely helpful and full of interesting insights into Kyrgyzstan and the Kyrgyz people. I liked the location it is a little out if town , but taxi services are cheap and fast, download an app if you doubt have one, i bought a SIM card and found it very useful.
The room had plenty of sockets, very useful. The shower was fine and the room was very spacious. We didn't have a view, but we're were out most of the time. Room was generally cleaned on request, and to a high standard.
We wanted a room where we could come and go easily and be fairly independent, and I liked how that was how it was.
There was no closet in my room, awkward for a long stay. The restaurant was not open, hopefully it is now.

Very good value for money ratio. The room was super comfy and the host was very kind and offered transfer to the airport.
Other guests were very loud, of course it's not the hotel's fault, but the walls are not soundproof, so it might get quite noisy.

Nice, clean and inexpensive place convenient if you arrive or depart odd hours to/from Bishkek. Very kind and caring owner who also organizes airport transfer

The staff was super helpful and the room was tidy. There is a complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby too!
There’s not many restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is very cosy. The style is incredible and makes you feel right at home. Everyone working here made us feel very welcome, from a nice trip to the Ala Archa national park to the use of the sauna in the hotel. We would definitely come back!

The room was well furnished and spacious. The bathroom was great with a good warm shower. Staff very helpful after complaining
What was promised on the advert wasn't delivered. We were given very little toilet paper, no one on reception in the morning so contacted them on whatsapp and told to wait 10 -15 mins for it when we'd already run out and had a flight in the morning. Ordered breakfast for 8 but at 8:10 no sign of breakfast or anyone on reception so had to contact them again. Finally got Breakfast at 8:20 but disappointing because I had notified them we have a morning flight. Breakfast was tasty but no coffee or tea was provided. The water ran out and wasn't replaced so there were no tea or coffee options in the morning as promised. there was no conditioner or hairdryer as stated on website.

The property is well located, safe and clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel can provide transfers to local sites, offer tours and a rental car. They have a lot of breakfast options and it’s some of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The place really went the extra mile when it came to customer service and we highly recommend it to anyone staying in Bishkek. The owner knows a lot about what to see and do in Kyrgyzstan so don’t shy away from asking him.
The only small improvement we could think of was the shared fridge. It was quite full during our stay. Perhaps a system with some tape and marking on it the last name and check out date could help keep the fridge tidy and also when things can be taken out.

The owner of Lavitor Hotel, Gennadiy, is just an amazing and helpful person. He helped a lot when needed. The hotel is also located in a very quiet area and not too far from the city center. Thanks a lot for everything!
Nothing. All was perfect.

Location was good and rooms was as on photos.
The bed linen were short and not washed good. Also bathroom didn't have shampoo and bath shower. Limited also was the toilet paper. Reception wasnt 24 hours and we were asked our time of return in order to pay because during the check in we were simply enter hastily in the room. No documentation was asked for our check and since the entrance of the hotel is with pin number we catch by luck some of the personnel who were entering the car and they told us the pin. Differently we will be simply forced to communicate in what's app or so to get the pin.

Very cozy room, decent bed, air conditioning working normally, nice clean bathroom. The best was the young man named Genadiy who helped us a lot with car rental and other information.
The place has a garden with a tiny swimming pool but it seems to be out of order currently.
Some old Soviet junk in the garden, decaying bathtub and a rotten old Soviet water pump. A random M&M plastic mascot and a dirty pool. Thus garden has a huge potential just needs cleaning.

Nice spaceous room
Big clean bathroom
Balcony
A/C working
Nice garden
The breakfast was supposed to be brought to our room at 9 as agreed the evening before. We were in the room till 11 and it never came. After contacting the staff via whatsapp the excuse of missing gas and apologies were given. No refund.
There was no water in the bathroom the second evening of our stay. The pressure in the shower on the 1st evening was very low.

I like everything but there should be option of queen bed
8.0 / 10.0
The room was not so spacious I expected being described as a suite, but it had all the little comforts I was expecting, especially nice and elegant towel box and toiletries. Given the price spent the value for money was really great. The desk young man was very helpful and professional, ordering some take away food from me and spoke a good English
The low points are the location and the bar, where two nice ladies were not really jumping to help the guest or being as accommodating as the young guy welcoming me. Maybe it's due to the low season and not many guests. Overall the place is great value for money

Super warm room with comfy bed, nice bathroom with loads of hot water, yum breakfast, quiet location near parks and lakes, an intimate bar downstairs, an interesting restaurant nearby that serves some vegetarian dishes, a supermarket also, close to public transport, and lovely staff and management. I highly recommend a stay at the Lavitor.
Leaving..
