My spouse, granddaughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed out seventeen day stay at the Tiger Tea Apartment in Ravensbourne. The two bed apartment is roomy, very comfortable, and in an excellent location with beautiful views of the Dunedin harbor. We found it to be an incredibly relaxing place. We really miss sitting in front the fire in the dark cool early mornings watching as the first light begins to glimmer on the water. Just a wonderful to start a cool damp Otago morning. The apartment, especially the kitchen, is filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The street fronting the building can be a bit busy with daily traffic between Port Chalmers and Dunedin, but the double pane windows kept the apartment quiet. The owner is an easy gentlemen to deal with. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The apartment is exactly as listed. A wonderful, easy, roomy, and comfortable place with soothing views. Cant imagine you will find many better accommodation value in the Dunedin area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we have the good fortune to visit the area again we plan on staying at the Tiger Tea Apartment.

Easy to stay at, nice character in the decor, loved being close to the walkway along the harbour. Super clean with class.

Loved the extra touches like the lolly jar and the assortment of teas. Was lovely and warm and the electric blanket had been turned on before you arrived. The welcoming note on arrival with some walks and dining suggestions was also lovely.

Beautifully restored & stunning aspect with lots to watch in the harbour. Spot on amenities & best welcome made a very comfortable stay. Location close drive to city centre & gave a good feel of how Dunedin works.

This prospect “way” exceeded our expectations . Beautifully renovated . Large . Spacious . Lots of lovely little extras which included a massage chair . Lovely outlook over the bay . Only 2 minute drive from the heart of Dunedin . We couldn’t have been happier

A fully updated spacious 2 bedroom suite overlooking the water. The unit has a very large modern kitchen, a spacious front room with an attractive brick wall and a fireplace. The beds were comfortable. A short drive to downtown-just need to be cautious pulling out as you are on a curve.

The house was so calming and peaceful, looking out the window to a view of the sea was wonderful. It is hard to imagine that it used to be a store, it has looks beautiful! The massager is amazing.

Thanks for a wonderful stay at The Tiger Tea building! It was incredibly comfortable and warm. It had everything that a family with teenagers needed. The kitchen was well fitted out it the best was the view! The only thing missing was a table to eat meals at. The bench wasn’t great for us. Definitely recommend to others as a place to stay but will need a car to get around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Tiger Tea building. It's just like the photos if not nicer in real life. Beautifully presented. We struck bad weather so it was a lovely place to hang out to hide from the storm. I'm new to bookabach so was a bit nervous about the check in and out process etc but think(hope) I got it right. Next time I'll make sure I've got the door code handy as I managed to get myself stuck outside in the rain one day (my fault!) Have recommended to others as a great place to stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment was warm, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

A fantastic spot to chill, de compress and watch the sea birds return home in formation every evening. And don’t let the proximity to the road put you off. The double glazing ensures all is calm and cosy. Comfortable and a great kitchen for those who like entertaining and cooking. Only 5 mins into town by car 🚘 and great local walks. Highly recommended. This place is amazing to stay at will recommend it to everyone that needs accommodation in Dunedin. But white Duvets are not good for children, I'm so sorry!

Lovely place, clean and well set up for a group stay and very handy to city. Had everything we needed plus amazing views. Perfect for our four day stay in Dunedin and will definitely stay again.
