The CLIFF - 4th-floor Luxury Condo on the Beach - Luxury Beachfront Resort
Avec une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes, situé sur l'un des St. Les meilleures plages de Maarten, Cupecoy Beach, ce spacieux condo de deux chambres situé au Cliff offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour parfait avec vos amis ou votre famille.
L’intérieur du condo est lumineux, de couleur blanche et bien fini avec une combinaison de mobilier moderne. L'espace de vie principal, faisant face à l'océan, présente un concept à aire ouverte avec un grand et confortable canapé blanc. Cet espace est ouvert sur la salle à manger adjacente avec une table design pour six et la spacieuse cuisine entièrement équipée. Les portes coulissantes, juste à côté de la salle à manger et du salon, mènent à un grand balcon avec un coin salon, idéal pour le petit-déjeuner ou le coucher du soleil.
Jusqu'à quatre invités (+ les enfants dorment dans un lit d'enfant) peuvent dormir confortablement dans ce condo. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain privée et un accès à une terrasse par des portes coulissantes.
La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size confortable, une salle de bain avec douche / baignoire, un coffre-fort et un accès au balcon. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains privative avec douche et d'un accès au balcon.
Même si la propriété dispose de son propre accès à la plage, il ya aussi l’une des plus belles plages de "Mullet Bay" à seulement une minute de marche.
Dans la cour de la résidence Cliff, vous trouverez des palmiers et de la verdure tropicale ainsi qu’un sentier, idéal pour se rafraîchir les jours les plus chauds. Il est entouré d'une terrasse avec des chaises longues donnant sur l'océan et la piscine extérieure. Vous trouverez également une piscine couverte chauffée, un spa, un court de tennis privé ainsi qu'une salle de remise en forme climatisée face à l'océan. Vous aurez ainsi de nombreuses occasions de poursuivre votre programme d'exercices.
Il se trouve à quelques secondes de la mer, d'un casino, de plusieurs restaurants, d'une minute à pied de la plus belle plage de l'île et d'un parcours de golf, ainsi qu'à 1 minute de route de l'épicerie et de Maho, où vous pourrez trouver bars, restaurants et vie nocturne, hôpital et bien plus encore.

We really loved this vacation and it started with the apartment. The ocean views are spectacular and sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the ocean is very relaxing. Between the fully fitted kitchen and the nearby groceries we were able to eat very well.

We had a fantastic stay in this unit. Its description was correct and had supplies to use that were so helpful. The pool area was amazing. We loved being close to the grocery store and pastry shop up the street. The beach was awesome…felt like we had a private beach. Hope to return soon!

This is our second trip to St Maarten and our second time staying at The Cliff. A beautiful property with polite and welcoming staff. A newly redesigned (post hurricane Irma) constructed pool with great ocean views from the negative edge. The grounds are very well maintained. The unit itself is large (approx 1500 sq feet) with everything you need for an awesome stay and with a great balcony for ocean viewing. Leave the doors open to get the ocean breeze and hear the ocean waves breaking on the beach below. Highly recommended..!

The bathrooms were not suitable for seniors. Water was off for a day for repairs. Elevator repairs were useable for days requiring strangers walking through our back balcony and locking doors and using AC. Electricity cut off often.

My family and I had the most amazing time in St Marteen. We loved the location of the Cliffs. The staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant staff and food are fabulous! Highly recommend

The views from The Cliff are amazing. The beach is isolated making it feel very private. The outdoor pool area was recently renovated and is spectacular. There is even a small children's pool. The unit and building were clean and well maintained. The spa was closed for renovations. Although we did not use the indoor pool, it was clean and would be great for lap swimming. The hot tub was new but not yet functioning. The Cliff has daily fresh bread delivery, which we highly recommend. We stayed in unit F4. The condo was clean and had all basic shower and cleaning necessities. The unit is spacious and well laid out. John, the property manager, was responsive. Stacey, the Smaart Vacation contact, was exceptionally helpful with groceries, restaurant reservations, and activities. Some minor issues: The beds and TV are probably due for an upgrade. The fitted bed sheet on the master bed did not fit the bed and would come off repeatedly throughout the night. The shower faucets are a bit finicky, going from cold to super hot very quickly, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine- Children may need a little help in setting the right temperature.
Overall, I would recommend The Cliffs for couples and families.
Easy walk to grocery store. Only a few restaurants walking distance but there are a lot of new restaurants and stores opening in the area.

There were four of us, all women so being within walking distance to everything we needed and wanted was great.
The condo was well equipped and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the cliffs. The property is beautiful. The people are very friendly and helpful and our overall experience was excellent. Updating some of the conveniences is really the only advice and recommendation I would share. For example, better beach chairs and umbrellas, better cooking materials such as new pans, lids and perhaps casserole pans. We stayed for a month and didn’t want to eat out every day. We love the fact that the laundry facilities and detergent was there for our use. Overall lovely condo. The view is spectacular and we were very happy with the location.

Loved our stay! The ocean views are stunning. Loved relaxing in the beautiful infinity pool and at nearby Mullet Beach (a 5 min walk). The apartment was spotless and very spacious. A perfect vacation!

This property was perfect for our first visit to St. Martin/Saint Maarten! It is private, secure and beautiful! It is also very convenient to seeing the sites and enjoying the island. The beach in front, while it can come and go depending on wind and waves, was an amazing place to discover along with other nearby beaches like Mullet Bay and, of course, Airplane (Maho) beach. We rented a car to drive around and get to see all of the island. Unfortunately, there is still quite a bit of hurricane damage but you can see places rebounding and opening up and the other main beaches all had bars and food to sample. It will be a few years before things have recovered I'm sure, but the friendliness of the people was great and there are still plenty of good restaurants. Speaking of that, having Mario's Bistro in our building was a great plus! Our bed was comfy and our view was endless. This was a perfect place to relax and wind down. Thank you for sharing it with us and we hope to return again some day!

The unit has a very large balcony that has a panoramic view of the beautiful turquoise colored water. The view is dynamic, as there were frequent boats, cruise ships, sail boats, and jet skiers crossing our view (The jet skiers were far enough away that there was no noise from them). The balcony is wonderful, there is plenty of shade on the balcony throughout the day. If sunshine is desired, there is a private beach right in front of the unit , as well as a nice swimming pool, both offering ample opportunity for sun and swimming. The unit is spacious and was well equipped, although the furniture is a bit dated. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this unit in the future.

All good at The Cliff
Very happy with The Cliff. Highly recommend. First week in Dec 2021 and it was like the pool and beach was only for our use. We have been coming to St. Martin for 35 years (Irma destroyed our place) so we have been searching for the right spot. We found it! Will be returning soon.

La résidence the cliff est située au meilleur endroit de l’île. Magnifique plage à quelques minutes à pieds, petite plage privée de la résidence parfaite pour le snorkeling, restaurant de la résidence délicieux, piscine, salle de sport, hammam, sauna et piscine intérieure dans la résidence. Supermarché et location de voiture à 5 minutes à pieds!

The place is located on the 4th floor with 180 degrees of unobstructed views of the ocean plus view to the pool and gardens. The building has plenty of amenities with security parking and elevator access.

AMAZING!
Our family of 4 had such a great time in St. Maarten and a major part was because of the accommodations and service provided by John and Gwen at the Cliff. The condo was spotless and had everything we possibly needed. The location was easy to get to and very secure. Gwen was amazing and very responsive. We will be back and look forward to booking with John again!
