Upon our arrival and after driving 13 hours, we checked into our room through the office. I received our room cards quickly and was directed to finish our check-in with a secondary representative. This representative began to explain the amenities and wanted me to choose a time for a 90 minute presentation. After the presentation i was to be given a $250 apple gift card. i declined but was encouraged to book a time as he scrolled through available slots. He mumbled something twice which i asked him twice to repeat due to his volume. What he had said was that if i didn’t show up to the session, i would be charged $40. I advised this employee 3x that my answer was no until a head manager overheard and completed our check-in personally. The room had a scent of curry and the floor had mud in the cracks of the kitchen tile. We discovered black mold in both of the shower areas. Great location but rooms need to be updated and cleaned.

The property was clean and met our needs. The location was great! We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends.

This property is very close to Opry Mills and plenty of food and shopping. The resort is dated. The reason I gave three stars is due to the room not being as clean as it should be for what they charge. The furniture is very uncomfortable and stained. There was about an half inch of dust on the sprinkler heads in the room, and old cracked shower head in the master bedroom that had very little water pressure. The staff were very nice at check in and no other problems. I doubt I would use this resort again if in the area unless they update it and do better cleaning.

We ended up leaving a day early. The outdoor pool was a major draw for our family trip, and the pool was closed. No one told us at check-in—not until we walked over to the outdoor pool did we see caution tape around the pool, green water, and a “closed” sign. It was a major bummer, and we decided to end the trip a day early.

Great property! This is a Wyndham resort and the staff is friendly and helpful! Tons of fun stuff to do within the resort. Condo was spacious and clean! Pools were great

Stayed Monday through Friday. Didn’t realize how far it would be to get to downtown. Uber was $20-$25 each way. The property is old and desperately needs to be updated. Landscaping is lacking. WiFi was unreliable. There were 3 of us but we couldn’t all use the WiFi at the same time.

Good place to stay. Glad to have shuttle service into nashville. Would like to see another late run to come back . Had to leave concerts early a couple nights just to make it. Concerts were always having delays to retape for tv

Stayed for 3 nights with family and friends. Very nice and enjoyable at this property. Size was perfect and my daughter and her friends had their own bedroom/bathroom.

Whatever you do, do not fall for the...we will give you this "x" free if you attend a 90 minute seminar. Total bs. High pressure sales that takes up precious time of your holiday. Over 2 hrs. Then when you continue to say you're not interested they tell you that you are close minded Just say no to anything free they are offering.

The property was well located, well stocked with supplies and comfortable. We were on vacation with our two adult daughters, so the two bedroom apartment was perfect.

My family and I traveled to Nashville from Denver Colorado. We had a lot of activities packed into a three day weekend. Our condo was the perfect fit for our group. It matched the description we paid for perfectly. Sheila, at the front desk was amazing!! Her hospitable nature and good humor really put us in the perfect mood to kick off our trip! The two gentlemen at the concierge were also extremely helpful, suggesting fantastic breakfast spots and advising us of all the dues and don’ts. Thank you to your team and to the city of Nashville for making my birthday weekend one to remember!

Nice location and a good value

Our condo was great and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was so nice. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and we were a half mile from good food and great music!

Great for our convention. We will be back!

Property was super easy to find, close to major highway, liquor store, some fun bars that you get a discount at for staying at the place. If I’m ever back in Nashville would stay here again!

We were there during extreme cold weather which this property was not built for. Cold air leaked in around the door and windows making it impossible to stay warm. Living room furniture needs refurbishing.

Celebrated with my daughter - her wish at the age of 13 was to turn 21 in Nashville, and she did! Our stay was top notch, clean, comfortable, safe and the staff was very accommodating.

When we checked In we were told to Bro g our room keys to the concierge area to meet with the staff for the rest of our items. Once we walked over, we were greeted by the time share people who tried to keep our keys and talk is in to going to time share meeting. When we just asked for our keys back I was met with resistance and ended up just taking them back. Nothing on VRBO said anything about it being a time share sales pitch location, not to mention they did it as soon as we checked in from a long day of travel.

Clean, spacious, quiet, welcoming

The condo was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect, shopping near by 15 min from downtown Nashville. The resort had shuttles with pick up and drop off both ways with one price, loved it (thank you Kevin for making it enjoyable). They have a food and wine truck there every night. Pool indoor and outdoor. Fun Activities if you don’t want to be downtown. Excellent place. Will definitely stay again.

Wyndham complex is wonderful. Close to so many sites including Grand Ole Opry and Mall and Gaylord hotel. Still easy to access downtown Nashville quickly. We enjoyed it all.

The rental process was very simple and check in and check out was quick and easy.

The property is in an excellently kept resort. The units were clean, well furnished, and very spacious! The three of us agreed that we would certainly recommend Wyndham - Nashville!

The rooms were great, however, the check in process took forever. The Wyndham was trying very hard to get us to take a 90 minute tour to buy a time share. Also I am handicap and was told by the front desk my room was booked on the first floor. I was assured of this. When we got there they had us on the 3rd floor. It took us about 45 minutes for them to locate a room and then another 45 min. to get through them pushing us to buy a property.

I stayed here with some friends and family for my bachelorette trip! I love how secluded it was, but only about 10 minutes to get to downtown as well. There was a problem with the lock at check in, but they worked quickly to resolve and even checked in the next morning to make sure it was still working. I would recommend this to anyone!

Had a great stay at this resort! They were easy to communicate with. Room was clean and spacious. Very happy with our stay.

The condo was so nice and roomy! We could all spread out and felt very comfortable. It was very well equipped with anything we would need at home. The beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain and the pools were overcrowded. Other than that it was perfect!

The property was exactly the way it was portrayed online. The area was fantastic...close to The Grand Ole Opry and the beautiful Gaylord Hotel. The hotel shuttle took you right Downtown and that was a feature that was unexpected. Overall great place to stay.

Very impressed about the property. The condo is so clean, yes furniture is outdated but still clean and comfortable. Love the mattress. Great to have a coffee maker.
