How cool! So fun to stay in this structure. It is listed online as the 2nd largest castle structure in the world. Great apartments and parking was great! The stay was great, and the owners were quick to respond to a small question! Thanks so much!

My family I enjoyed our stay! We found it to be just the right sport for us while visiting family for a week! We felt like we were home away home. Very cozy and clean. We would for sure come back. Thank you!

My wife and I, along with our two college-aged daughters, spent a few days at a property within The Grand Castle in Grandville, just outside of Grand Rapids, MI. There a lot to like in this property, a three-bedroom, two full bath apartment with lots of space and amenities. However, there were some minor drawbacks. The stove-top was electric coils that would neither lay flat nor heat up quickly. It took awhile to boil water for tea. The couch and loveseat, while they looked fine, obviously were worn. We sank deeply into the cushions. They both were increasingly uncomfortable. Similarly for the bed mattress in the master bedroom. It was a coil mattress with a foam top. Clearly the mattress had seen better days. It was very, very soft. It wasn't horrible, but less than you would expect from an otherwise very nice place. Since our getaway focused on hanging out in our rental, rather than just needing a place to sleep at night, this property was a little disappointing. With just a few updates and this place would be amazing.

Clean and as advertised. Directions for parking and checking in were very clear making the process easy.

Communication/directions were very detailed. It was a great place to stay! Having a washer and dryer was a plus.

Excellent location. Went to concert in Grand Rapids and super close. The apartment was nice and clean. Mitten housing was wonderful and easy to get in contact with any questions. Would reccomend and would def stay again next time we come to town!

We had a very comfortable 3BR apartment while we visited with our children and their family. We usually stay at one of their houses, but decided to give them a break from us this time instead of the usual 24/7. Worked out great.

Perfect location just outside of the city. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this location! It had 3 well appointed bedrooms and was clean and cozy. Check in was easy and the photos helped to navigate the big building and parking. My only suggestions would be to add fans to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom as they were warm at night despite what the thermostat was set to. Also, not a big deal but we would have liked to have has access to additional kitchen supplies (glassware, foil, plastic wrap, spatulas) as we were making meals. Otherwise, this is a nice and quiet location and met our needs. Thank you kindly for the peaceful and convenient stay!

The parking garage and entry could be improved. Seems to have leaks, so wet and musty. The condo itself was nice, clean and well stocked with essentials.

The Castle is a fun, unique building and the apartment was roomy, clean and priced right! Love the view!

The property fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had ample conveniences provided. The accommodations were very good as shampoos, laundry detergent, coffeemaker and more were supplied and handy/easy to find and use. The bathrooms were spacious and clean with plenty of towels provided. The only negative for our stay was that we could never get the TV/streaming services up and running ... as well as the WiFi. It was no big deal for us as we were busy doing other things and weren't relying on either service. Would recommend this condo/apartment and its' owner highly.

As the title states, this is a top-quality apartment. The check-in instructions are incredibly easy to follow, step-by-step. Upon entering, the apartment was immaculately clean. The view from the 11th floor was stellar. There were even full ice trays in the freezer. When I see that, I know that the littlest details have been looked after. The apartment is conveniently located near the freeway for easy getting to our event. There were several stores close by for getting extras for the evening.

We were pleased with our stay at the Grand Castle. Our host was very clear on check in and communicated regularly to make sure everything was going well. The space was perfect for my family with my kids that range from age 2-19 and we definitely stay again when we visit our family in Grand Rapids!

The castle was unique. Its very large with plennty to do. There's a large pond with a pier which was nice. It has a pool and exercise room.There was a lot of areas to walk. A lot of the permanent residence have dogs so you're bound to run into some of them either outside or on the elevator. The library and game room were kind of nice. We only used them a couple times. We were on the 11th floor and had a good view. Bringing our suitcases and all of our stuff from the parking garage was a bit of work, but we were there for a week, so it was fine. The apartment was ok. It could have used a little more character. It was very plain, but there was plenty of room for 2 couples. It was close enough to everything. It was a good stay.

We came to bring our daughters friend to an internship and just made a vacation out of it. This place was very quiet and quite spacious for the 4 adults and 1 kid. Would definitely stay here again.

Neat and unique place to stay. No complaints with our room, but the hallways leading to and from could use some attention. When we first entered the building (from the parking garage), it looked dingy and had an unpleasant smell. Keeping in mind that this is an apartment complex, once we got to our room, even to our floor, things were much better. The grounds offer a lake, pool, a really neat courtyard, dog park, and a few other things that we didn't get to see.

The castle was a great location for our volleyball tournament. Three mothers and hunters stayed there. There was plenty of room and it was easy to get to. The castle is neat with that outdoor pool that was clean a workout room that was good and it was fun to explore the property.

Arrived at night at the 'castle' and it was really something. Beautifully lit up. We enjoyed walking around the property, the courtyard, the sunflower garden. The unit was very comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The property is great. Parking is a bit difficult but that is mostly our fault for trying to guess where the spot was. The unit is really nice. Good bathrooms and bedrooms. Roku on the TV. Close enough to Grand Rapids to stay here. I would recommend it The only issue was a key code snafu but it was corrected over the phone by the property manager

I was really disappointed;( There were no courtesy carriers to move belongings in or out which made our check-in and check-out very strenuous.. I didn’t see any info in my unit explaining the surroundings either... like location of gym or pool access/hours etc... I will not be renting again;(
