We enjoyed our stay, but there are a few important things worth mentioning. The property is quite old and would really benefit from some upgrades, as certain aspects felt outdated. Additionally, the ladies in our group were concerned about security, as there was no way to lock the door from the inside. This made us feel uneasy, knowing that someone who had the code could potentially enter. We recommend addressing this for future guests to feel more secure.

Great hosts

This property is set in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Very walkable, with lovely parks nearby and lots of great houses, gardens, architecture to admire. Hosts were very friendly and communicative. Parking is easy to find. Stores, restaurants, etc. are nearby - just a 10 minute walk away.

Very nice stay even a courtesy laundry service provided. Our girls loved the bunk beds and we had everything we needed to cook an easy breakfast before we went exploring

Although it was convenient for our needs (close to the skytrain), I wouldn't recommend this property for 6 guests. Two people will be on the fold out couch (that I didn't see listed but could have missed that info also uncomfortable as it's seen better days) and with a main window with no curtains. The car lights coming down the hill wake you up constantly. The sockets didn't work in areas and yes, it's an old house with 'quirks' but I expect the bathroom socket to work and more than one in the kitchen. Having a random one hanging from the ceiling is dodgy. Also, with no screens on the windows be prepared for quite a few flies. Hot and uncomfortable.

We were just in for a quick visit. I had a seminar in town. We were able to walk into town. Plenty of room and then some for the two of us. Very quiet.

We arrived from overseas to a warm, welcoming clean stay. It was perfect for our family arriving in Canada & settling in. Thank you to Curtis & Danica for your wonderful flexibility & hospitality. It was appreciated ☺️
