Rooms were clean & spacious Like most areas in Bc lots of construction in the area. the overpass walk way is not in use so we had to walk a long distance to get out of the property on foot - that would be my only complaint

Very nice room overlooking the boardwalk and water. Nice welcome package with discount coupons for nearby places. We seriously only stay here when in Vancouver great location close to Skytrain, shops and services. Area is great and covered parking available . Staff are very helpful and the pillows are fantastic. We really like this hotel.

The service check in and out went smoothly and well. The room location had a nice view of the water. Perhaps checking on some factors like consistent cooling of the aircon, loose shower handle and clogging of the bathroom sink is needed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as the location is excellent.

Hotels.com lists this as a 4-star accommodation, the 3-star rating on Google is much more accurate. The rooms are dated and the beds aren't overly comfortable. This hotel requires a serious refresh/upgrades. The 2-page pet policy while, understandable gives off the impression that they would rather not have your pet staying there. Overall it was an underwhelming stay and was not worth the near $400 a night price tag.

Hotel rooms are dated and tired looking. Staff were very helpful but area s next to railroad with quite challenging access to hotel. Restaurants around the hotel were great. Good food. Hotel needs a major renovation.

The shower head was made for someone that is 5’8” or shorter. Very awkward.

Rooms were nice and clean, convenient to sky train. There are no vending machines as we were looking for water/pop after the event,we went to the person at the desk and he kept telling us to go to the pizza place and get something, he did eventually give us a couple water that were bagged right behind him. When you pay 400$ a night it might be nice to have been offered the water in the beginning or have a vending machine so you can buy one.

Clean and welcoming hotel near the Expo Sky Train which can get you downtown in 30 minutes and the airport in 60. All rooms have a view of the Fraser and their is the ability to walk on the Broadwalk along the river.

Great location with a lot of different dining options and beautiful view of the river. The room was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated, and the attached restaurant is good too. Definitely going to stay here again next time we need proximity to New West and Coquitlam.

Cool place. Near the Skytrain station and the water, nice markets and restaurants in the area. You can tell it's a little old, but it's still nice.

We loved the views of the river and watching the tug boats working. The boathouse restaurant on site was so convenient, and top notch. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay here again
