Sentez vos orteils dans le sable blanc et l’eau gazeuse du Golfe! Phoenix East est un superbe complexe avec une vue magnifique, directement sur la plage, qui vous offre de nombreuses façons de vous amuser. C’est à Orange Beach, Alabama, près du col de Perdido Key et de la ligne de démarcation Floride-Alabama.

Cette unité a été récemment redécorée en ajoutant de nouveaux sols en carrelage de porcelaine et de nouveaux meubles. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale, deux lits doubles dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée avec une combinaison de baignoire et douche et un sèche-cheveux. La cuisine a été récemment mise à jour et est entièrement équipée. Vous apprécierez la WI-FI, la télévision par câble à écran plat (50 pouces dans le salon, 42 pouces dans la chambre principale et 32 pouces dans la chambre) ainsi que des lecteurs de DVD dans le salon et la chambre. Our group consisted of two boys age 10 and 8, two parents and a grandparent over age 65. The size of the condo was great for everyone to be able to spread out while in between activities (grandparent in double bedroom, kids in living area, parents in king bedroom and/or balcony). Due to hurricane in Florida our flight out of Charolette was delayed over 8 hours, so we didn’t arrive at the condo until 4am. However, Debbie was very responsive and provided us with modified check-in instructions to due the late arrival when everything was closed. She also was very quick to respond with a few of our other questions that next morning as we had to go back to airport less than 5 hrs later to get our rental and lost luggage. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The condo was very clean and welcoming - photos/description accurate. We planned one activity a day and everything was within a short drive (off shore charter boat fishing, dolphin boat cruise, rented bikes and road through Gulf State Park, toured Fort Morgan and explored the beaches at Gulf Shores), then the rest of the day we spent at the condo’s pool and ocean with it’s convenient easy access. We spent two full days throughout our stay solely for the pool and ocean which this condo offers everything you need-no rentals required (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to haul everything, wake board and more!) We highly recommend this condo and Debbie, and we’d stay here again in the future!

Debbie was wonderful to work. The condo has many comforts of home that other places we have rented do not. Great attention to detail. FULLY STOCKED kitchen which made eating dinners in so nice! We would love to stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable, well decorated with a beach theme. We enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony. The view of the Gulf from the condo was amazing. Truly a time of rest and relaxation!! We hope to return!!

The condo is exactly as described and more! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect location. The beach is close and the pool was very nice. We have 3 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. We had an absolutely wonderful time! Highly recommend this condo!

We enjoyed this condo so much!!! We love that it was on the third floor. You have perfect view of boats coming in and out. Everything felt so clean and organized which I LOVE!!! I will definitely be staying here again!

All I can say is WOW! This condo has it all, easy beach access, easy check-in, convenient location for all the attractions, food, and shopping. And that’s just a few of the things that make this condo a great rental. The owners clearly care about their guest’s experience with modern amenities (i.e. a usb charger in every room) and decor. The condo property was also well kept with a great pool, hot tubs, and clean grills. I don’t know when we will be back to Orange Beach, but when we go again we will be booking this unit.

Very clean, Updated appliances and handy items in rooms. Clean linens and accessible beach items were a major plus for someone that doesn’t want to haul it all from home. Easy access to elevator and beach access was flawless.

My sister and I stayed in unit 304 at Phoenix East for our annual "sister beach trip" and we were both very impressed with the unit. Everything was clean and orderly and we loved the decor in the condo! I left a before my sister on day of checkout. My sister found one of her tires flat when she was going to leave. The front counter staff was very helpful to her and even contacted another property to ask for an air compressor to inflate the tire. Someone brought the air compressor but the tire would not stay inflated. The staff recommended a local tire shop to fix her tire. The staff went "above and beyond" in service for my sister! Thank you.

We loved this condo! Right on the beach with an incredible view. The condo was very clean and spacious. The property is nice with easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed how it was close to the edge of all of the condo buildings. It felt less busy in that location.

Our only complaint, we know it is a beach property but, the floor of the unit was not clean when we arrived. You had to clean your feet to get into bed.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed for Memorial Day in this condo. This condo is perfect for a family and it had all the amenities of home. The owner is very responsive to questions and we couldn’t be more pleased. The beach is just steps away which makes this property even better. We will be back.

Would love to stay again! This condo has everything you could want for a vacation and more. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with absolutely everything. It is well decorated, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable! There are even plenty of electrical outlets and usb ports on the clocks on the bedside tables! No need to search for outlets to plug in your electronics! The balcony is nicely furnished with a table and comfortable chairs for eating and visiting outside while watching the boats coming and going through Perdido Pass. This is a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the beach. We wanted to move in permanently! We definitely want to stay here again and soon!! Thank you, Debbie, for thinking about everything to make our vacation special!
