Large rooms, well maintained, and quiet location. Great amenities and locaton near the water!

The property was perfect for a family getaway by the beach. Very short walk to the beach, great yard, undercover parking available & a spacious house. The house had everything we needed including board games, puzzles & air-conditioning to make it a comfortable, relaxing holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot! Only used my car once. I loved taking the dogs for walks along the water. Only negative for us was that our dogs took a while to get used to not being able to see us while we were home, unless we were sitting with them in the back yard.

Bed was 2 very squeaky single beds together to make a king- not acceptable. No egg whisker. Batteries dead or missing in 2 of the fan controllers. These batteries aren’t available at Woolies and why should we pay. The AC stayed on a lot because of the fans not working. Piss on the floor next to toilet meaning not professionally cleaned. Needs more attention to detail. We have stayed before and love the location. Lose the cameras as it’s a invasion of privacy.

We really enjoyed staying at the beach house. The house was beautifully clean and had everything we needed to stay including tea and coffee, cereal, treats and bathroom essentials which made it easy for our arrival. Great location on the beach and near coffee shops. Hosts were really responsive and thorough in their messages. Highly recommend.

Elderly people (like us) would find the stairs a challenge. Our dog enjoyed her stay but was uncomfortable for a couple of days being so far away from us. Property excellent though and we did enjoy our short stay

The property was well fitted out and the kitchen facilities were everything we needed to be able to prepare meals. The hosts provided some treats in the fridge which was a lovely welcoming touch. Location is spot on, lots of walking paths, local shops and cafe/restaurants. Self check in and check out were straightforward using the information provided.

Property was modern clean and tidy with everything we could have needed. Good location to beach, shops and main centres.

The property was clean, peaceful, brighter and more modern that I expected and very well equipped. There were edible and other extras that are often not provided, much appreciated. There was good local and appliance info, the fans are a bit tricky, so it’s worth a careful read of instructions if you don’t want them turning themselves off in the night. I had physical difficulty accessing the keys for self check-in, but that was the only negative.

We loved our time at this property. Such a fantastic position opposite the beach. So quiet & relaxing. We loved all the little touches the host provided too. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely holiday at Golden Beach. The property is well maintained and the fully fenced yard was excellent for our Labrador. The location of the property is brilliant-walk to many shops and being directly across from the water , we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoors.

Well appointed, clean and excellent location. We loved our stay here. The only downside was the back yard wasnt exactly secure for our little foxy. He found a few small gaps and ended up having to be tethered to prevent escape. Would be no problem for bigger dogs.

We had a relaxing time in such a peaceful and picturesque environment. Tracy and Jason were so easy to liaise with and the property was clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back! 😀

I was visiting from the United States, to help a sick family member who lives nearby, and needed a comfortable place to “quarantine” after the long travel, where I could also use my SUP and unwind. This place was perfect! The owners, Jason and Kathryn, thought of everything: The check-in process was easily explained ahead of time, and when I got inside, I felt an instant sense of calm and peace. First, it was very clean and tidy. There was everything I needed in the kitchen, from a speedy tea kettle to reusable shopping baggies to all the plates, mugs and utensils I - or a family of four - could need. I appreciated the little things like hand and dish soap, extra toilet paper and new J-cloths (reusable dishwashing cloths). There is no air conditioning, but the easily opened windows and two sliding glass doors, plus the ceiling fans, brought the cool breeze in at night. The balcony sitting area beckoned me and my white tea every afternoon. There is a little table that unfolds to seat 6, with four extra chairs neatly hung on the walls. While there is no direct view of the water, watching the change of tides in the protected mangroves in front, and the sound of the waves beyond, we’re all I needed. Plus, every morning, I just took my paddle board right down to the water next to the mangroves and paddled my cares away. The neighborhood feels very safe and the neighbors delightfully friendly. Everything you could need is within walking distance - grocery store (two, actually, one traditional IGA, one more natural, gourmet), luscious Italian cafe (beautiful cappuccinos and pastries), Indian eat-in or takeaway, Vietnamese restaurant and vibrant and fun Chill, which is the closest, and right on the water. I can’t wait to bring my husband and kids back next time! Thank you, Jason and Kathryn!

This was the perfect beach house for our week visiting family. My boys and I had easy walking distance to the beach and local shops. Fully stocked with anything you could ask for, and Jason was a great host.

Jason & Tracy made our stay extremely comfortable, accomodating our last minute needs.Very spacious back yard for your 4 legged friend. Amazing, convenient location, will definitely be back.
