A little bit far from ayia napa strip but if you have a rental/quad it’s okay

Not much close by the villa although can walk to the marina and other beaches. Would be very isolated without a hire car.

Good contact with the host apart from 1st night when we needed to speak to someone about the key fob. Villa was in a lovely spot only 1 minute from the beach. Lady that collected the deposit and checked the villa was very nice.

The location was a little far out.

So clean, quiet and resourceful. Maria was so lovely too. would definitely recommend to anyone staying in cyprus!

Very cozy home with nice terrace and swimming pool. Everything was clean and in working order. It is located in silent neighborhood. The landlord was very helpful. We had an issue with sink that was fixed in several hours. There is small beach in 5 minutes walk. The nearest big beach with sunbeds, shower and restaurant is about 5 minutes by car. The nearest shop is Zafiris that is on the road to the beach. Also, there is quite good restaurant next to it.

There was not enough space in the living room for all located there furniture. As a result, it was not too comfortable to use dining table. Also, wi-fi does not work on the second floor, but it was not a big issue for us.

Everything was perfect, I would recommend to stay here in this villa. We really enjoyed our stay there. When I asked property owner for BBQ set, she brought it same day. If you have a car it is the best option to take this villa, close to villa is Ayia Napa with famous beaches. Don't expect to go for swimming to the sea close to villa, always good to go visit Ayia Napa (at least). Special thanks to Ivan and Maria :-)
