Beautiful, Modern and New Home-Great Location
Jolie petite maison de montagne. Emplacement parfait pour votre escapade en montagne. À seulement 30 minutes de Copper Mountain, 45 minutes de Vail et 15 minutes de Ski Copper. Ceci est une nouvelle maison avec laveuse et sécheuse complète. Obtenez une bonne nuit de sommeil dans l'une des 2 chambres. Les lits disponibles sont un lit queen dans le maître et un lit superposé (double sur plein) dans la deuxième chambre. Internet haute vitesse sans fil et télévision par satellite (DirecTV), un DVD, des films et une sélection de livres et de jeux sont disponibles. Maison parfaite pour une petite famille, un couple ou des amis. C'est 1/2 d'un nouveau duplex. Les chiens sont les bienvenus mais ne laissez pas les meubles.

The location was perfect for the LT 100 race. It was clean, accessible, and the perfect spot for wife, daughter, pups, and me. We enjoyed our stay and will look to be back when we visit Leadville next year!

And visit Leadville. The town was more than we expected! Shops, restaurants and the very cool historical Tabor opera house. The accommodations were extremely clean and very comfortable! This is a great find! We enjoyed the town and Turquoise Lake. We had amazing weather. Highly recommend!

The city of Leadville hosts multiple race series over the summer. I can speak for the 50 mile run - this location was less than .25 from the start/finish. We didn't need to deal with parking or shuttles and that was so nice.
The home had all that we needed. The only thing that I didn't love (which has nothing to do with the owner or the vrbo), is that the neighbors were pretty loud. The property is a duplex and the neighbors seemed to enjoy a lot of door-slamming all through the day and night.
The owner did have a noise machine in the room, and that helped. Thanks!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed a couple nights in Leadville. It was an easy check in process, clean and comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook and bake in the kitchen. The kids loved playing in the snow and also loved the bunk beds. We can’t wait to stay here again in the summertime!

Great views, comfy home with two bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed a week skiing and relaxing in this house. Did not miss home one bit.

The location was great unbelievable view of the mountains, the house was awesome the place pretty has everything you need to cook a big dinner and the cable service and more!! I would definitely recommend this place!

I have stayed in at least 5 different rental homes in Leadville. Most of those had an old-style, quirky feel, and were very comfortable. This property is newer and it felt more like home. It is a newer property with a fresh feel. Modern appliances, and furnished just right. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary (for Leadville) stay, I would recommend this property.

This VRBO was incredible. I really appreciated Melissa’s responsiveness and cooperation. It’s an incredible place to stay while in the Leadville area. Everything in Melissa’s control was impeccable. I appreciated the spice rack, mixer, blender, lots of cooking equipment, washer/dryer, nice grill. Super clean!!!!
My only negative comments are beyond her control. The location is in an area that is being developed. Piles of concrete rubble. Construction equipment. When sitting on her beautiful front porch you get a great view of the mountains and horrible view of the city/county rod service equipment. Again,this is out of her control.

We enjoyed staying at this location in Leadville, CO. It was very close to hiking trails, nearby attractions and dining. The residence was very clean and worked well for the four of us. It was in a quiet neighborhood and nicely appointed. We will stay here again when visiting the area.

This is one of the best rental properties I have stayed at. This place had all the comforts of home and more. The views of the mountains from the property are grand. This is a great location for hiking and close to restaurants. The ranger station where you can get information is one minute away. The beds were comfortable. Everything was in working order and it was exceptionally clean.

My husband, sister-in-law, and I stayed for 3 nights. The location was convenient, easy to find, and easy to enter. The size was comfortable, all our needs were met, we were lack for nothing, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and it smelled good. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our Leadville getaway. The house was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome here and there was even an enclosed yard in the back for her. The location near Colorado Mountain College was perfect with nearby hiking trails and not too far from downtown. We highly recommend this property!

Check in process was simple, host was very accommodating. The property was easy to find had great views, and was clean. Traveling with young children 3 and 18 months is definitely trying. It was way better to rent a house then have a single hotel room for $50-60 less (overall price)
