This was a perfect location for us! We had additional family staying in Sister Bay so it was very easy to connect with them. And we felt like we were nice and centrally located to get to the ferry for Washington Island all the way to activities in Egg Harbor. The property itself gave us lots of space to: have morning coffee on the porch, make meals, play games, and retreat to our own spaces to relax and/or sleep. Super responsive host and caretaker. Highly recommend!

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful location. We enjoyed every aspect of the cabin (except the fire pit due to rain). Very convenient at only 10 mins to Sister Bay and 5 mins to Ellison Bay. Enjoyed being so close to Rowley's Bay to see the water. We hope to return again with even more family members in tow!

Spent another wonderful week with our extended family at this house. I’ve lost count how many times we’ve stayed here. We just love it! ! Great house for all ages. We love Mike! He is always around if you ever need anything too!

Our group of 10 family members stayed 7 nights and had a great time. The home was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for group meals and activities, or just finding a spot for some alone time reading.
The kitchen was large and well stocked, and its lighting was fantastic. We all loved the covered patio in front, and especially the 3 season room off the kitchen. There are lots of games available to choose from, as well as books to read
The entire setting for this property felt peaceful and private, and the host’s communication was exceptional.
We will definitely be going back!

We had a great stay. Spacious, many places to sit and relax, eat, kitchen area was large, enjoyed the fire pit, very quiet area, didn’t hear any road noise at night, nice bedroom separation for our 3 couples and 2 adults so everyone had their own bedrooms, my family shared the upstairs shower but there are 2 bathrooms upstairs. It was nice having no steps or stairs for my older parents. Great place!

This house was absolutely perfect for two four-person families to enjoy Door County for a few days. The house itself was spotless and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking tools. I have zero complaints—I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was wonderful and accommodating for our whole family! There was plenty of living space, sleeping space and outdoor space! It was very well equipped! This property was perfect size for our family. We had 4 adults and 7 children. Room for everyone. Wonderful to have bathrooms for everyone. Very peaceful setting. Property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The house is lovely—plenty of room for the 12 of us. The children enjoyed the games provided. There was room for them to play and for the adults to sit and talk. Very clear instructions were left in the binder for us. The beds were very comfortable; even my 12-year-old granddaughter commented on how comfortable her bed was (and she was on the pull-out bed!) The new addition which totally rebuilt the kitchen and expanded the dining area was WONDERFUL! There was plenty of room for prep work and conversation, and set up nicely. The new added 3-season room was a bit cold, as we were here in early spring, off-season, but it is a great addition and will be loved by many! Definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful winter get away in your home! Plenty of space for our family of 8 adults to be together and also have privacy when needed. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The kitchen had eveything we needed and the heated floors were wonderful! All the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets.
We used a code to enter the home which was easy.
The home was close to nearby state park for hiking and cross country skiing. We had a wonderful time and definitely would stay again.

This place was perfect for our family. We were celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and had me, my brother and sister and their spouses and my 4 year old son. The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable and clean. The trails in back are great for an easy morning adventure. Loved it all!

The home is very spacious. Lots of room for eating in. Kitchen has everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable. Nice sheets too. Having 5 bathrooms was a big plus. Very quiet at night. The stars are amazing at night! So many activities close by. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

The accommodations was clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. It was a little bit out of the way from activities, shopping and restaurants. There was some leaking from the roof in the Jacuzzi room, and the master bedroom. We wished there was a broom available to sweep up in the kitchen. Overall, a nice cabin to stay in,

During a busy tourist season in Door County, this was a peaceful and quiet location but yet close enough to get to the various locations we wanted to visit. We especially loved the nearby beach at the county park. The house served our large family well. We experienced a few issues at the house but the owner was very easy to contact and rectified the issues as promptly as possible. We plan to return next summer!

Perfect place for a larger group get-a-way.
We rented this for a get-a-away with our children, their spouses and one grand child. It is a very roomy house and was comfortable for everyone. We appreciated the bedrooms on the first floor, and all the bathrooms. The kitchen is well supplied with ample plates, cups and silverware to accommodate a large group. It's location was also good, very private and quiet, but easy to get to Fish Creek, Sister Bay, and beautiful Newport State Park.

Spacious and Perfect Door County Location
Wonderful place to stay. It is much nicer in person and the photos don’t do it Justice!! Lots of room for multiple families, a couple pull out couches were also available and plenty of special spaces and tables to go off and read or do puzzles. The kitchen and entire house was well equipped that included a nice open pantry space to put all of our extra coolers and water. A reminder to bring hair dryers bc those are not included. The water got very hot and very cold so there were no problems with multiple people using the showers. The outdoor space was so large, beautiful and well-kept. We will be back! Thanks for a nice stay.

Place was great. Clean and organized!
Only problem was upstairs ceiling fan made a lot of noise hard to sleep. Also tried to download a TV movie, kept stopping, load start then stop.
But overall we enjoyed the stay!!!

Door County Getaway
Our group has been spending one weekend a year at this accommodation for almost 30 years. Over time the owners have progressively expanded the sleeping capacity of the house. In the last two years they made major changes, dramatically expanding the kitchen to a "Love It or List It" size, adding all new appliances, new carpeting, and upgrading and adding bathrooms. The house is sturdily built, roomy, clean, and easily reached but very private. Can't think of a better place to stay in Door County.

Quiet and great structure
we loved the unique build of the cottage and it is close to all the fun towns on the point. we liked the location. close but private. not one negative from us. we'll stay there again when we visit the thumb of wisc.... ;-)

Excellent stay!
This place couldn't be more perfect. It was spotless, had an amazing large kitchen and living room, and was very cozy. I would highly recommend it for a larger group. The property managers are fantastic and very communicative. They made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway
The house was perfect! Tucked away and private but close enough to town for everything else we needed. Incredibly friendly hosts to work with we had the house full to capacity and it there was plenty of room for everyone and then some. Will definitely stay again

Amazing, quiet getaway!
Loved the space for everyone to stretch out and have their own rooms. Very quiet and secluded and only 3 minutes to quiet Sandy Bay Park and Beach. We loved the new kitchen design that had everything we needed to make all our meals. My daughter was especially thrilled to see all the frogs and wildlife. Would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Family Vacation Home!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property! We had eleven people ranging from 11 months to grandparents. The spacious kitchen and large dining table made it perfect for us to prepare meals and then all eat together! The assortment of dishes and kitchen ware was quite extensive. The little ones had a big time riding their scooters outside on the very large concrete driveway. My husband brought his boat and was thrilled there was adequate space for him to park it right in the driveway. There were ample beds and bathrooms for everyone. We were so happy that we had selected this home for our family vacation!
