This was our sexcond year in a row staying at Coast is Clear. We love the house, love that we have private beach access with 2 chairs and an umbrella so we can stake our real estate on the beach. They updated the furniture and the kitchen remains extremely well stocked. Love having and upstairs and downstairs refrigerator. Beds super comfortable,, lots of places to hang outside, inside or in between. Would totally recommend this to anyone with large groups.

We had a group of 19 with 10 adults and kids aged 1-18. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for large groups and the gathering areas are comfortable and large. We never felt cramped and frequently used the balconies, roof, and patio spaces too.
Multiple refrigerators, washers/dryers, and dishwashers made mundane tasks easy. The wagon and beach chairs at the house were a great convenience.
The private beach access is the true gem of this property. The walk is short. The vendor providing chairs and umbrellas is friendly and prompt. We were there during a busy time and the beach was clean and never over crowded. Many in our group walked to the nearby coffee shop each morning.
The main complaint from each family in our group was the cleanliness. The floors were so filthy that our feet were black within the first hour of being there. The showers still had hair in them and one had a dirty towel left in it. We only stayed 4 nights so we didn’t want to spend time requesting a cleaning. I have no reason to believe the property manager wouldn’t have corrected this if we asked.
With that being said, we would still rent this property again in a heartbeat. The kitchen and fridge were clean. And the pool was spotless. The owner has included so many little details that are great conveniences.

This was a great space for our family! We all had our own space but lots of great spaces to be together!! The communication with property management was great - the only issue we had was w the 1st floor AC but we received a response within 5 minutes and it was fixed within 20 minutes. It was still working just not cooling as it should. I would recommend reading reviews from previous visitors and planning accordingly. We knew our group was large and we would need some big pans for cooking and previous reviews said there weren’t a lot so we took some with us. We also took a few more kitchen towels due to our experience overall at vacation rentals. We were prepared and it was a great week! It was a great neighborhood. We even met one of the permanent residents who visited with us one evening and gave us some of the history of the area. I would definitely stay again!!

The property was nice but the elevator was not working. Our elderly parents had a hard time going up and down the stairs. For a beach house, you’d expect the property to have beach towels for use but they didn’t. And for a house with a pool, you’d expect them to supply life jackets also but nope, none were provided. We had to pack life jackets and beach towels for our children which caused extra space taken in our suitcases that could have been used for something else. The property should invest in these for future renters.

Excellent house, perfect for a large group. Rooms were large, nice bathrooms, excellent sleeping arrangements for young adults, grade school children , and teens. Kitchen could have had larger pots and pans for cooking for large group. Also, extra blankets would have been nice. Loved the extra amenities like wine cooler, two refrigerators, and ice machine. Pool was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time at this unit. We were a large group and utilized every bed, but it still felt like we had plenty of room. The place was very beautiful, and made our time together very enjoyable. I do plan to return.

The home is exactly as defined. It was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Very comfy, which is always nice after a big day in the sun. The pool is a very nice size. There is plenty of room between the three floors to have space and activities for everyone. The teens favored the first floor and that's where they mainly hung out when not at the beach. They had the pool and pool table/game room to hang out.
There were some things that were problematic for us; however, mostly, they are things outside of what we normally rent, and may not be important to others.
1. If members of your party have mobility issues, they will not be able to access the beach. Once one hits the beach entrance, there is roughly 20 steps to go down, and then up.
2. The houses are SO close to one another.
3. The elevator - if you are going to rely on the elevator, be certain to always have your cell phone with you. The elevator is unpredictable and we followed the instructions to a "T", and we got stuck 3 times.
4. Do not expect to enjoy sun with the pool. Great pool, but it gets very little sun, and the pool heat is definitely needed. The pool heat is the highest amount we have ever paid, yet, not heated to normal temps of other rentals.

We stayed for our annual multi family beach weekend and the house was even better than we expected. Plenty of room for everyone, first place we have ever stayed that enough chairs at the table for us all to sit. Kitchen was great and well stocked, had enough cabinets eta and storage, extra fridge downstairs was great. Pool table and food ball table entertained the teens and college kids after nighttime swim and hanging in the hot tub. We rented a golf cart but really the walk to the private beach access was so easy we never used it. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella included was also a very great perk bc it gave us a place to stage the rest of our chairs. Also first house we’ve stayed that the pool alarm actually worked (nice for the 4year old). Area was quiet beach not too crowded and no tents allowed. Communication with rental agency was fantastic. Outdoor TV and grill were well used as well. Overall everyone agreed beat house and location in the whole 5 years we have been going to Destin.

Again….Spacious, Clean, & Modern! An amazing home with a short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed everything from the open living/dining room, to the outdoor kitchen/grill and pool, to the rooftop deck. The only downside was the quality of bath towels and the tabletop ironing board for such a luxurious home. We’ll stay again.

This home was fabulous! The reviews indicating it was well equipped were accurate. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is awesome! There were only 13 of us and 4 were ages 2-6, so we had plenty of bedrooms, but that was our plan. The pool was great for all including our small children. Walk to the beach and access was easy. We’d sure use the home again. Couple of items that need addressed…the fan knob for grill needs tightened as it comes off. The remotes for the TV outside don’t work well as the sensors on TV is not connected well and probably needs to be re-attached. Both easy to address. Thank you!

Stayed here with 11 people for a bachelorette party beach weekend. House is massive and worked great. There are tons of beds as long as people don't mind sharing rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the table can fit 16 people. Make sure to bring your own salt, pepper, etc. Plus, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods since they only give you a few of each.
The pool is in the shade for most of the day, so recommend getting it heated if possible.

Our stay was 6 weeks. (January thru most of Feb) The property was a grand place to be with many people. Since it was the beginning of the year, we had several visits by request from us from the property management (which he was outstanding and had attention to detail) for all our needs. Most of these were minor corrections and replacements.
The major correction I would highly suggest is the living room furniture. The couches and chairs were very worn down, very uncomfortable to sit on and did see better days! I would replace this ASAP. If we were to visit this area again, we would inquire this property and stay again!

We did this trip over Thanksgiving week to get friends together and have our children create fantastic memories. The accommodations allowed us to distribute 5 families comfortably with space for each family to share time together but at the same time have some privacy. The host was very responsive and available when we needed to communicate.

AMAZING BEACH GETAWAY!
This beach house was beyond amazing. It was so spacious. There were spaces for everyone to venture of to. We had between 20-25 people at the house the entire week. The game room, hot tub and pool was the hang out spot. The living room and kitchen were fun for movie nights and games. The balconies were a great place to relax and do office work. The rooftop deck had amazing beach views and was a great place to watch the stars at night. This house had everything you could possibly need. Our group mainly beached it all day, ate dinner at the house and hung out in the game room and pool and hot tub at dark. It was a short walk to the beach. There were lots of local stores and restaurants to walk to. My group wants to return to the Coast is Clear!

Stunning Home
This house was beautiful. It was able to accommodate our whole family from the youngest to the oldest. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to add a partition to the downstairs bunk bed room for privacy.

Wonderful vacation home
Everything was as expected during our stay. We were a group of 25 and there was plenty of bathrooms and space through out the 4 levels. Checkin was easy, the walk to the beach was close, beds were comfortable and it was well equipped with most everything needed to cook up feasts. When we had questions the maintenance contact was very responsive, friendly and even replaced a non functioning blender in record time! Lots of TVs to watch march madness or whatever anyone desired. We paid to have the pool /hot tub heated which allowed for lots of fun pool time and relaxation. My only suggestion a few more large trash cans and a set of plastic cups for use around the pool, but red solo cups did the trick! Overall, this property exceeded our expectations! Thanks for making our spring break great!!!

Beautiful Home, Close to Beach, Rooms are innacurate, and NO HOT TUB
It's an absolutely beautiful home, and we opted to have this home over one directly on the beach because this home had a hottub and 8 bedrooms. It turns out, it's a jetted spa (which the description says) but the AMENITIES list a hottub, so we just assumed a jetted spa meant a hot tub. They did come heat the pool for us after we realized there was no hot tub, but it was pretty disappointing since that's one thing everyone wants on our family vacations and we opted for this house because of it. Hosts were completely unapologetic that the amenities were absolute false advertising.
Also, it is NOT an 8 bedroom. The 8th "bedroom" is just a little closet like thing with no door with a double stacking queen bed. For a family who requires 8 BEDROOMS (and by rooms, I mean they have a door as every real estate professional knows) this was an absolute necessity and threw us for a loop when we arrived and realized there was not an 8th bedroom to be had. Again, hosts were unrelenting that it was not false advertising. Accurately, it's a SEVEN BEDROOM that SLEEPS 26 PEOPLE. In case that matters to you.
Home and location are wonderful, and I'd recommend as far as accessibility.
You talk to a few people whenever you're trying to get information. The manager, who I was texting, was great and quickly responsive. Contacting Love Rentals by email was unpredictable and not streamlined. Simple things like the email with check in instructions had the wrong access code for the beach, and didn't mention anything at all about which beach we had access to privately. We sort of just had to figure it out.
Overall, it just wasn't a warm, welcoming hosted situation. I guess they just deal with a lot of people and one more crowd is no biggie. They'll fill it again next week. Unfortunately, when I'm on vacation, I'm paying the extraordinary amount of money to make sure I feel welcomed and taken care of.
This is why I will avoid dealing with Love Rentals in the future.

A great place for a multigenerational family vacation
There are a few properties that meet the requirements for our multi generational family vacation which includes 22 people from ages 11 to 85 and 2 small dogs.. This house fit the bill for everybody. The pictures accurately describe the property. All the adults had their own bedroom and bath. The kids enjoyed the bunks. The beds were very comfortable . Linens and towels were provided. The elevator provided our elderly vacationers with easy access upstairs and downstairs. The close proximity to the beach made it easy for them to get outside and enjoy the white sand beaches and calm waters of the gulf. The pool was enjoyed daily by everyone and there’s a perfect set up for cooking out poolside. We had a few issues like the dryer on the second floor not working, but this was remedied during the course of our stay. The floors could’ve been a bit cleaner, but most of the time we were in flip-flops. The kitchen is well equipped and the large dining table allowed us to enjoy eating in as a family. Overall, a very enjoyable vacation in a great house! Highly recommend for a multi generational family trip.

Beautiful Place
This house was perfect for all 21 one of us ranging in ages from 2-60+. We loved every bit of this house from the game room, the kitchen, the pool, the top floor balcony, having the beach chair set up to the comfort of the beds! Everything was beautiful inside & outside of this home. The pictures were a great representation of this house and what you are renting. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own “space” and even plenty of room for a group setting also Plenty of parking space. The beach was just a short walk away from the house and the location was great and only a walk away from most things! We loved the house!!!

Expect the Unexpected
The property was fine with only a couple of exceptions. Could have used more dish towels in the kitchen as there were only two. The fan for the grill was difficult to turn off. The fact that beach towels couldn't be washed along with other towels was also a negative. This should have been noted in the do's and don'ts of the property. The biggest downside was the "no canopy" rule on Frangista Beach.

Beautiful, spacious house for large groups
Our group of 28 thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. It's beautiful, well designed, with a spacious dining room/kitchen area that allowed 20 to sit and eat together. That is unheard of in most rentals.
We also spent hours at/around the pool in the evenings, and playing pool and foosball right next to the pool.
Being 2 blocks from the beach was incredibly handy, and the four beach chairs were very useful, augmenting the 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up for us.
The beds were all very comfortable, and the entire house and all 8.5 bathrooms were sparkling clean.
Instructions for check out, reaching maintenance and contacting the local host were provided in framed pictures in a few locations in the house. Although there were a few maintenance issues, they did not interfere with our stay at all, and we've notified the owners/managers for fixing in the future. If renters don't notify them, they can't fix them.
All in all, we highly recommend this property for large groups.

A New Destination Spot for our Family!
My dad put it best when he said, "This was easily one of the nicest places I've ever stayed." Accommodations were perfect for our family. Loved the decor; very modern. Kitchen area gave our family of 12 much room to space out and have good conversations over a meal. And the pool and proximity to the beach...major pluses with the kids! You can't go wrong renting this place! We'll be marking this home as a destination spot for future trips to the Destin area!

Awesome stay!
The house is everything that we expected and more! Pictures depict exactly what you will see. House is located a couple of blocks away from the beach with direct entrance gate lock code which made it very easy to walk with the family. Having the beach cart and 4 beach chairs as well as the complementary beach chairs and umbrella provided with our stay, made it perfect!
Small issues came up but property manager Yana was quick and super efficient in resolving them and went far beyond in ensuring our stay was a pleasant and memorable one! Also the maintenance people were very helpful in explaining anything we had questions on about how things worked any day, any time!
I highly recommend Love Rentals on their way of managing and ensuring people are happy during their stay in their properties! Can't wait for our next stay!!!

Coast is Clear was an amazing house with plenty of room for our group of 13 providing separate areas for everyone to escape to get a little bit of peace and quiet after a day at the beach or the pool. The large kitchen allowed us to cook a birthday dinner for all guests at the house. The gas grill outside was a great bonus! I would highly recommend this house and hope to stay here again!
