Poor breakfast , didn’t even had a toast . And I asked…real Continental breakfast/ bathroom with no drainage sufficient to take a nice shower or use the sink - old towels for the beach - carpets smell dirty Seems the hotel has been in poor economy

Bottom line: I won’t get back , that’s why we left a day before

The location was perfect! It was very convenient getting my paddle boards in and out of the room! Very friendly and helpful staff! The ambassador grill has exceptional food and service also!

The location was great! It's was just steps to the beach and was nice, quiet and relaxing.

The breakfast was only bagels, cereal, apples, and oranges. (I don't eat bagels or cereal) Because I stayed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, the restaurant was closed day and night.

Location and price, size of room was terrific. Bar and restaurant were first rate.

I reserved a ocean view but was upgraded to a 2 bed room pool view.

it was nice but mostly outdated. Not enough beach furniture. There was a seaweed storm. not pretty.

I love the old vintage feel. it was clean and our room was nice and spacious. we stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony overlooking the ocean. loved our view! went out for dinner to Dave’s Last Resort and Oyster Bar, great food and was fun sitting outside. another fun location and so close to our hotel.

food and drinks seemed a bit pricey. we went to the pool and there were no pool towels. we inquired 3 times with different staff and never got towels. we had to use small hand towels from the work out room to dry off.

The location is right on Palm Beach

Facilities are old - common areas were not very clean - while eating complementary breakfast on patio by the pool, we were locked out of the restaurant area without warning

we did not go to breakfast since the time of the breakfast was very short. the apartment was beautiful, the beds were clean and tidy, the design looks great. the location is amazing and the stuff was very kind and helpful.

it looked like the room was not cleaned before our arrival. the floor in the master bedroom was full of send and there was hair in the shower. after one day i wanted to use the oven and there was a dirty plate inside. there was not any dish soap not for the sink dishes and not for the dishwasher, we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper....and for the price we paid i would expect to have coffee in the room. there was not enough shade at the sea shore, i think they should get 2 more shades for the sea shore and 2 more canopies for the pool.

The staff was very kind. Chad, in particular, was exceptionally friendly, helpful & sweet. We had a wonderful time, considering we were here for sad reasons - 2 funerals of close relatives. Being on the ocean hearing the waves crash, was wonderful, bc my late mom and uncle really loved the ocean. It was nice that they have a fitness center, too. We stayed in a King suite, with an ocean view.

The experience was lovely. I just wish tbere were more outlets, so we didn't have to charge my phone on the other side of the bed.

The manager, Robert, is amazing. I was double charged (once by Booking.com and once by the hotel) Robert managed to sort this out for which I am greatful as I have a couple of these same problems outstanding with other Booking.com reservations

The location of the hotel is very good.
