The A/C in the room is noisy and in our case faced directly the side of the bed. Cold air in you back during the night made sleeping sometimes difficult.

The location was the best thing about the hotel. There was ample parking.
The staff on duty were quick to attend room to help.
The room wasn’t perfectly clean initially. But it was ok. The standard stepped up after.
There was an issue one night with noise within the premises from other guests around 2.30am which woke people up but this was swiftly dealt with.
It made us feel a bit unsafe.

I am having a problem reaching the property as I have been charged twice for my stay . I stayed 2 night and I have been charged twice over . No one is getting back to me about this .

Shower was fine, nice having a balcony
Being close to the intercostal bridge made it noisy, the room was too crowded with 2 queen beds, the pool needed more shade and the toilet was too high

Provided smallest room in the hotel, wouldn't get out of the bed without socks, raised rate on weekend without disclosing at check-in and not as depicted on website.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. We had to stay there due to a family emergency and Amalfi, at the front desk, made all the difference. She went above and beyond to help and aid with what we needed during our stay. Also it’s a short tree minute walk to an amazing beach spot. There’s also an amazing trail to walk, run, bike, roller blade-you name it. Thank you!
We were there for five days and breakfast could have been a bit more colorful and varied.

The room was comfortable and had what I needed for a work trip. It was close to the beach and relatively clean so that was good.
Just a short walk to the ocean where I swam every day.
Other than that, I would say you need a car.. I was ubering for work.
The check in staff was a bit useless when helping me with check in. My business card didn't work, and they wouldn't wait until my office was up in the UK the next day to sort and I had to pay with my personal card which was not ideal.
The breakfast was not edible for me, although others ate but the healthy options were very limited and very processed. That really was my only big issue.
