a beautiful place and hotel, fully renovated with great size of room, friendly staff, good food, nice pool area and beach club very clean and nice the ambiance, tastefully decorated and very calm and relaxing ambiance

This property is beautiful. from the fresh, exotic flowers to the gorgeous color palette throughout, this hotel expressed casual elegance at its best. The service was unsurpassed. He person that worked at the Four Seasons made us feel like royalty. we loved the beach/pool assistance, the food, the shampoo and conditioner! there's so much to like. we cannot wait to return.

There was a renovation in the hotel so it was noisy from morning till 5 pm, I think a hotel with renovation should give a huge discount, the price I got was the normal rate.

We liked the yoga very much. The yoga teacher was excellent. The doormen were very personable and the wait/beach staff were terrific. The concierges were quite helpful. The spa ladies were great and we got a beautiful conditioning treatment from a lady that was very professional and thorough. The house car drivers were very thoughtful and pointed out good areas to go.The two front-of-house ladies on the breakfast shift were gracious and welcoming—one was very young and the other had long dark straight hair in a pony tail. The cleaning ladies did a great job on our room.
The yoga might have been better on a non-sandy area as it is hard to balance in sand with out a mat.

The hotel is more like a souped up holiday inn than what I expect to see when going to a four seasons. This hotel is diluting the brand. Location is not ideal for palm beach.

Bed was like a cloud, spa had every Amenity possibly, the food was delicious, the service was unlike any I’ve ever experienced before.
