The room was really nice and breakfast was a good choice.

Checking out was a disaster took over 30 minutes and the staff I found quite rude. They take a deposit off credit card but it is only credited back into your account 2 weeks later. Next time I know to pay deposit in cash. They do not allow you to use pools for other Hennan hotel on same site reason given they also have pools, but their pools close early evening and other pools are still open.

非常好房間乾淨，整齊，所有設施都很棒， 地理位置很好，價格對得起提供的服務與設備， 員工遇到小孩也都非常親切，給予很多禮讓， 早餐選擇性算多，座位安排也很好，但希望針對很早就出去參加行程的旅客可以有基本的外帶set 例如簡單的三明治等等

外帶食物條款於現場才被告知且需要簽屬文件，建議可以寫在訂單或是訂房需之內先讓旅客知悉，畢竟外帶食物我覺得出國旅遊又是去放鬆的很難免

Breakfast was good. Nice location Clean area

The bedings in our room was very humid the 1st 2 nights. There was sand on the sheet. Would have been nice that shower caps are provided The "pool" were too small that it was not comfortable to be in the pool with other guests.

Breakfast was outstanding. So much to choose from. The food was very good. The location was great. The staff was fantastic.

The only small complaint I have is that I like a flat sheet and comforter on my bed. They have a funky sheet/comforter combo that didn't work for me. A small thing.

Breakfast was reasonably good, albeit it was suiting more to Asian tastes with various Asian meals being made available. But availability of various pastries and omlets/eggs made the breakfast experience more palatable for those who does not necessarily eat Asian dishes at the breakfast.

A range of cheese and tomato and olives would be nice.

Except Tawala and Alona is separate it should be accomdate both Tawala and Alona Guests and can have access the Pool at Alona

The facility is good and the rooms are nice too.

I think the service of front counter is terrible, it is so ridiculous that I had the rent code and PIN and still need to check another things to check in. Moreover, we stood almost two hours to figure out the way to check in... Why couldn't we find seats to discuss the situation we faced...
