This was a perfect place for our extended family summer vacation. This year we were able to bring our dog who loved it just as much as we did. There was plenty of space to spread out and the house was equipped with everything we may have needed to feel like home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

One of our new favorites in Suncadia. This house was incredibly clean and very well stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, toys for the kiddos, garage with games, and great hot tub (which is not always the case in rentals!) The backyard was perfect and private for the dog. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. Would give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Ben for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The house is beautiful and well appointed with several amenities and kitchen items. The primary bathroom suite is luxurious. Ben is a great host and very attentive.

The house is gorgeous and was decorated for the holidays. The location is great, and we had a fabulous time celebrating my son's 10th birthday there! We will be back!

We gathered our family for an early Christmas dinner that turned out to be very memorable for all. Suncadia was surrounded by snow, lights, sledding, and more wonderful winter activities. We were a large group and this property accommodated all of us with ease. Our host was exceptional in answering all of our many questions and concerns. He was respectful, polite, and very prompt on all matters. We would consider renting this property in the future thus giving it an exceptional rating. Larry says-immediately upon arrival the home met our expectations. Big, spacious, new, clean, plenty of bedrooms for peace and quite. And the bathrooms were great too! We squeezed in some time for a hot tub, too! The kitchen was well equipped for a large gathering and easily met our needs for many meals.

The best first Thanksgiving with our daughter and her new husband. It worked on every level. My husband and I actually got to shovel snow for the first time in 15 years. It was great! Highly recommend for a family gathering.

Had a great stay here- owner was great and prompt at communicating. Home is stunning and great for a large family. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and we loved using the back deck and yard. Very convenient for all things Suncadia! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed home. The house was immaculate and plenty of room for our family of 7! We had fun relaxing in the hot tub after a busy weekend full of wedding festivities and also enjoyed lunch at the Swiftwater winery on the Suncadia property. Ben was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had immediately. We all agreed we would stay here again and in fact didn’t want to leave! Thanks again for a wonderful experience! The property was amazing

We had a great stay at Ben’s place in Suncadia. He was extremely prompt on all communication. Questions about the property and during our stay were answered quickly and clearly. The home is beautiful and matches the photos having been recently constructed. The neighborhood is very close to the lodge, golf course and winery, which reopened for inside dining while we were there. Ben arranged for snow removal from the driveway, which was great since we had almost 3 feet fall while we were there. Our daughters loved the toys and the window reading nook in the staircase. The kitchen had all the supplies and equipment we needed and I cooked 90% of our meals at the house. Even with the snow, Roslyn was only 10 minutes away, so it was easy to grab anything we had forgotten. Thanks again for the great stay!

We loved staying at this property - one of our favorite rentals of all time! The home was fully stocked with all of the supplies needed for a young family (including pack n play, high chair/booster seat, toys) and tons of amenities (fire pit, hot tub). It was well decorated, clean, and felt like home away from home. The only downside to renting the property through VRBO is that you didn't have access to some of the members-only amenities offered by the Suncadia Resort.

This is our 7th annual trip to Suncadia & usually every year we rent from commercial rental companies & rent a different beautiful home. This is our First time through a private owner & I see how Ben got great reviews from previous renters, now that our trip is done. The house is so beautiful with an open concept and spacious. The bonus of having 3 en suites in 3 of the 5 rooms was awesome for families like mine! The additional 1/2 bath downstairs was great too! Kitchen was well stocked w/ everything you’d need to cook/bake & even clean. Anything we forgot, Ben’s house had.The amount of extra attention to detail that Ben put into the house such as the Sonos surround sound, Nintendo switch, Xbox as well as a bunk bed & tons of towels, makes a huge difference for bigger families with all ages that stay there. Everyone was easily entertained, but to be able to eat together at a dinner table big enough to seat us all & to be able watch football on the surround sound was awesome. The Location was perfect and right down the road from Safeway, McDonald’s & a big hill we were able to sled down. His garage has an extra refrigerator which we needed & it has lots of things to keep you active, like bicycles, a ping pong table & even extra sleds. He is nice, very personable and a great communicator when it came to questions we had. Replied quickly & It was an easy check in and check out process with him. We will definitely be renting from him again & referring more people his way!

Quiet, good bathroom availability and the three kings wirh bathrooms helped keep my daughters from fighting: Kitchen is a bit cramped which only mattered because we celebrated Thanksgiving there. Nice place to get away during COVID and had a large buck visit the backyard on one of the days we stayed. Ben was helpful

We had a great weekend and the house is very comfortable.

Ben's property in Cle Elum was amazing for our group of 12 friends. The house was very spacious, everyone had a bed, and the amenities were great too (love that JURA coffee maker). The home is beautiful, clean, in a great location, walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars and right on the golf course. Definitely recommend this property for your group if you're traveling to Cle Elum.
