The shower is great & has lots of pressure. Love the birds singing in the trees. Nice & quit in the bush. Not fair to the town. Plenty of room inside.

The wood fire needs a Dit of TLC.

Lovely cosy cottage with everything you needed. Close to Akaroa town . Would stay again when back in New Zealand.Lyn sent directions to the cottage very easy to follow. Lyn has done a lovely job of doing the cottage up. Would highly recommend.

Private and set in bush but close to town. Lived the walk in. Was very clean and well appointed. Spacious for adult family and felt like a wee home away from home

Fantastic little holiday cottage. Everything was clean, comfortable and as described. Fantastic follow up when my son accidentally left something behind. We would happily stay again and recommend.

Beautiful location, peaceful and so quiet

No breakfast, supplied our own. Out of the way and very quiet. Facilities were very adequate however an oven would have been good as we had bought some pizza's for dinner however we managed to overcome the problem by using the BBQ.

No items to complain about other than the lack of an oven.

This house was lovely, on its own in a secluded area of vacation homes. The yard was beautifully landscaped, there were magazines and information available, and we had two bedrooms, one with two beds, to meet the needs of our group of three. The living room/kitchen was well appointed, and overall it was a very comfortable place.

It was somewhat out of the way, making it essential to use the car to get into town. For a longer stay that likely wouldn't matter, but we were only overnight guests.

The bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned and the kettle had some crust in the bottom of it, I think because of the water. It didn’t impact our lovely stay though.

Fantastic location just a two minute drive into town or a scenic 15min bush walk from the property. The property itself was great, located in bush with prolific birdlife. We loved the covered deck area at the entrance to the property where we spent a lot of time. Inside, the rooms are spacious and the place was immaculate. Communications with the owner were great with clear directions and access arrangements provided.

Absolutely nothing. As a suggestion, a simple map showing the walking route into town would be great.

The layout works really well wit the bathroom separating the two bedrooms. It's so cosy, and comfortable

I loved how the property had many other cottages around but it was so private! I also loved the renovations and thought the cottage was extremely clean
