This location was very cozy and quiet.

The bathtubs could have been cleaner and the toilet was not cleaned upon arrival.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Even though spending 1700.00 for rental property for just 3 days was a little steep, the home (ADVERTSIED AND LISTED AS ENTIRE HOME) was beautiful and pet friendly I decided what the heck. My daughter who is a student at UT Health San Antonio was excited to bring her dog and swim in the pool prior to my arrival. Her relaxation was cut short when the owner got home who come to find out, resided in the same house separated by a door within the home. Forgive me, but when a rental property is listed as “ENTIRE HOME” I assume I am paying for the whole house and not just a portion of it. That was NOT TRUE!!! My daughter’s dog, who could clearly hear the owner moving around, started barking and my daughter, afraid of upsetting the owner, left. We never stayed there overnight and my request to cancel booking (I offered to pay for 1 night only since my daughter used the pool) was DENIED by owner. I felt deceived and mislead and explained this to booking.com who said I needed to speak with owner. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! In fact, this property refused to accommodate any requests (early checkin, late checkin) and chose to keep my 1700.00 even though we never stayed there. I will be disputing charges now with my credit card company. Will NEVER use booking.com again; they were completely ineffective in handling my situation and I ended up paying for another rental property for the 3 days I was in San Antonio. Very disappointed.
