The decoration of the room was nice. The room comes with all the facilities a apartment has like a kitchen, fridge, living room with tatami floors. Location was right in the middle of mount austin area.

The windows feels non-existence. During the night, we could hear the cars zooming pass (especially those with loud exhaust) and we could not sleep until around 4-5am even though we are staying in the top few floors. We have to sleep in the living room instead of the bedroom as the noise in the bedroom seems to louder. Abit dangerous as one of the windows was actually unlocked when we first enter the room. the windows are from the ceiling all the way your knee height and its covered by the japanese style curtains which cant be drawn. If anyone accidently lean on the curtains, he/she might actually fall through. No disposable toothbrushes are provided. The shampoo is the body soap (i.e 2 in 1). fridge reek of durian smell.

Love the ambience

Nest Home Team was very prompt in replying. As early as 7.30am, I've received the check in procedure. Round abt 3.14pm, staff even text to check if I've any issues getting the card for the unit. Very prompt response from Nest Home Team all the way from booking to check-out. So, yes I'd recommend Friends to book Nest Home and will definitely try out other locations' unit that Nest Home offer for my future stays in JB.

Location here is a great if you plan to chill & eat a variety of food. Thai, Vietnam, Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc. Street food, Cafe theme eateries & high end Restaurants. Love all those we've ate. However, if you are looking to shop for fashion wear, then you would have to travel further down to AEON. We didn't visit the Water Theme Park/Karaoke, so no commend abt recreation.

Location is great! Plenty of food options right below the apartment. Check in instructions quite simple and clear. Design of the room is quite nice, as per the photos. Netflix and game console is a bonus!

The vibe of the room brings back nostalgic memories of our childhood. As a group, all of us watched naruto and were amazed by the look of the room. The gaming console provided was an added bonus.

The interior deco was creative, good for photography

Aircond not working well. Shd provide additional blanket/ pillow and towel as v informed there r 3 ppl staying.
