Новый ремонт. Новая мебель. Новая сантехника. Квартира укомплектована всем необходимым (посуда, кофемашина, стиральная машина и многое другое).

Очень сильный запах сырости. Окно только в патио (в колодец).

Spacious apartment with all you need, full kitchen with utensils and spices, they left also a big bottle of still water in the fridge that was really nice and needed when I arrived. There is also a washing machine, rack for hanging the clothes, terrace with table and chairs, bed and sofa bed, bathroom with all you can need too. The keys were left in a safety box outside the property making super easy the check in and sent me a message explaining all. I worked one of the days from there and the WiFi worked really good too.

Building has not a lift and the stairs are quite narrow making really hard to go up or down if you have heavy luggage.

Personel się starał. Pościel i ręczniki były wyprane.

Niestety ale w obiekcie są karaluchy które pojawiały się wieczorem w apartamencie przez co strach było zasnąć. Ściany również są z papieru i było słychać w nocy rozmowy sąsiadów.

A szállás tiszta, rendezett, mindenhez nagyon közel van, csendes utcában helyezkedik el. Igényesen van berendezve, egyszerű, praktikus és szép bútorokkal rendelkezik. Minden háztartási eszközzel felszerelt. A fürdőszobában van hajszárító, sampon, tusfürdő is. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész, mindig elérhető és minden kérést meghallgatott és teljesített. Minden tökéletes volt az ott tartózkodásunk alatt. Jól éreztük magunkat. Mindenkinek ajánlom. Ha Alicantéba utazunk biztos ezt a szállást fogjuk ismét választani.

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man hat von draußen keine Geräusche gehört. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Mitten im Zentrum ist man nicht, aber alles ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Der Check in lief persönlich ab. Auschecken konnte ich selber außerhalb der Check out Zeiten. In der Küche kann man sich etwas zubereiten, aber große Kochabende sind eher schwierig. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die Wohnung empfehlen.

Etwas hellhörig, wenn die Nachbar Wohnung aufgeschlossen wird oder die Toilettenspülung genutzt wird, denkt man die Personen stehen im eigenen Zimmer. Mich hat das nicht so gestört, aber wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, stört das ggf.

Realmente todo estaba increíblemente limpio algo que valoro mucho. La entrada fue fácil a pesar de que llegamos bastante tarde porque el vuelo se retrasó. El personal aunque no lo llegue a ver personalmente fue muy amable en su trato y mensajes .
