Big Family Rooms. Nice Friendly Staff.

I don't know the women's name at the front desk during the day, but I know she's from New Jersey, and the GM JB was awesome! They made my stay for my sister's surgery go smoothly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!❤️

The front desk was the best and the breakfast was off the hook good! All employees deserve 4 stars in presentations and customer service!

The mattresses should be replaced but the pillows need replacement more!

Very good breakfast--the staff kept food well stocked, and they cleaned up all the time. The staff were very helpful and a lot of fun too!

The elevator broke the last 2 days of our stay. I asked 3 different front desk people if we could get help bringing our 4 heavy suitcase down 4 flights of stairs the morning we were checking out. We were assured that would be no problem. When we checked out as scheduled there was no one and reception could not help us. Luckily another guest helped and we left on time. Also the hot water machine in the lobby was broken for the whole week we were there.
