Чудесна локация в центъра на града, приветлив и усмихнат домакин, наличието на гараж. Мястото е нова сграда и се виждаше, че има живот в нея. Новите мебели, доброто наличие на контакти и приятния дизайн ни помогнаха да се отпуснем и да се почувастваме добре, въпреки няколко напрегнати момента.

В банята открих хлебарка, или ние я бяхме размазали с вратата или е била там. Освен това мопът за забърсване беше малко амортизиран и гнусничък. Леглата бяха с пружини, които като се намествах посред нощ се чуваха. Знаех, че няма балкон, затова това няма да го посоча като минус.

all good little things could be improved: second plate and maybe 2 bowls would be great. Maybe a dish towel would be great too.

No dedicated shower.

Really good location, right in the centre. Staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very spacious and comfortable with modern furniture. Plenty of electric sockets around the room. Was very useful having a fridge, a kettle and crockery. Secure underground parking was good, although we struggled to work the remote control!

While the room itself is very spacious, the bathroom is quite small, everything gets drenched when you shower, the floor stayed wet for quite some time, you needed to make sure you only used the bathroom with bare feet afterwards, supplying a mop would have been useful. The bathroom sink is very small with a large mixer tap over, which made it difficult to brush your teeth or wash your face without spilling water over the floor and yourself. While it was useful having crockery and cutlery, the only place to wash these was in the very small bathroom sink, not an easy task! Would also be a good idea to supply a cloth or sponge to be able to clean up the kitchen area and for washing the dishes.

Location is excellent. Nice huge parks arround. Very well maintained new building. Rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. Fast and reliable wifi. Nice secured underground parking.

Bathroom sink is a bit small, but this is not a big deal.

Loaction was great. Right in the heart of Kardzhali. Facilites were clean and modern. Host came right away to fix only problem I had which was with Wifi. Definitely recommend.

Floor was cold, could have had some carpets on the floor.

Wonderful park next to complex. Quiet. Clean area in apartment and inside the building. Felt safe.

Could have used a few more towels, mop for shower, extra pillows and blankets.
