The staff was incredible friendly and you are feeling so welcome. Sometimes they bring you fruits or ice cream (for free) and the rooms were always clean and beautiful. The area around the pool is nice and you can play table tennis or billard. The location is not really in the Center for shopping or something but with bike it is so easy to come around. We loved our stay here and would absolutly recommend!

Staff were very nice. They accommodated our request for a late check out. Service was solid. Facilities were nice. Liked the pool and the room. Importantly, as the villa is 100m off the main street, it is extremely quiet, which is important to me. I would be fine to stay here again as it was quite comfortable. Good food options locally that were within walking distance.

Only reason I'm giving a 9 rather than a 10: Staff members would oftentimes smoke at the reception area which is adjacent to the pool. As someone who is very health conscious, this was a huge turn off when I'm trying to swim in the pool or enjoy some relaxation and I'm smelling tobacco. I can't control if other guests do it, but the staff members should step outside the gate to smoke (or just stop smoking in general, as it's not good for your health nor wallet).

The pool was amazing, rooms were tidy and perfect size! Staff were so so lovely and helpful! Location is great with easy access to Gogecks!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. Everything about the Palms is truly amazing. The room and bed was very comfortable, and the pool/facilities were beyond! The staff was very very friendly, they make the bed / fresh towels etc every day. Every night when I got back to the room they had lit up a candle with scented oil and a cute basket with a flower and cookies on the bed. In the afternoon they brought fresh fruits to the guests that were hanging out by the pool, so so sweet! Drinks and small snacks are available at the bar near the pool. Location is perfect as well, some nice (breakfast) cafés are at walking distance and there are options to rent a motor bike close by, the beach is 10 mins by motor bike max. All in all a wonderful stay and I was sad I had to leave. Thank you!!

I didn’t like the bathroom being outside from my main door so my sink area didn’t have a door - I wanted to leave things like makeup etc by the outside door
