Jose was very personable and the home was just perfect for a girls week away. The home was exceptionally clean and the layout was perfect for our group. Location was great! 20 minutes to downtown Tampa and 30 minutes to beautiful beaches. We would love to return someday!

We had 2 families staying and the home was large enough for all 7 of us. The house was very clean and inviting. The pool was maintained very well and made for a great relaxing spot. We had a couple of issues, but Jose and LeAnne were very responsive, this didn't hamper our enjoyment at all. We would book this home again, if ever in the area for a repeat visit.

1st time “ doing this “… Jose was awesome with his set up of accommodations, Home was just like the home actually was. Built in pool looking at the lake , and nearly a full moon too. Very nice . We came from Daytona Beach for a Concert at Reymond Stadium ( $23 ) taxi service and pick up was easy 8 minutes in the car…we visited Nicki’s breakfast place twice.. over all 12 on a scale 10 .!!! I’m keeping Jose ‘s # for the Future. Professional services and nice place.!

The house was as listed and spacious for our party of 7 adults. Jose was easy to work with and answered all questions very promptly. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. The location of the house was close to great, in a family friendly neighborhiod. Shops and restaurants were close by and it was a convenient distance to the airport. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. A peaceful relaxing stay over the july 4th weekend was what we were looking for. The beautiful patio and pool overlooking the lake was a delightful way to starting the day.

Walk in to beauty and relaxation at its finest. Pool overlooking the private lake is a dream come true every time you walk in. Spacious and clean with a kitchen island the size of Texas. Property was close to everything we needed for a relaxing spring break with a 8 year old. Legoland(farthest at 55mins), museums, Busch, all close to home. Had appliance issue. Rectified the next day per our request. Very accommodating. Took us a day or two to get a hang of the laundry(newer single washer/dryer unit we were not familiar with. ) but read manuals and it’s all good. Highly recommend.

The house had beautiful views of the lake. Just like the picture. Plenty of room for our family. We we’re only a short drive to BushGardens , Tampa Zoo , the RiverWalk and Aquarium. The CityPass is well worth it next time you stay in Tampa.

This property is amazing! Centrally located near many attractions but when you are there it feels so peaceful and calming. This newly finished house is nicely furnished and very spacious. The owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Labor Day weekend with family. Our party was adults only but it would entertain children easily as well. Location was perfect, quality of the house/pool was great, and the hosts were quick to communicate to make sure that we had everything we needed. If we ever do a repeat trip, will be staying here again.

This property was absolutely stunning. We had a group of 7 of us. A few from Ohio and 1 from Mississippi. We were all impressed with the property and had made ourselves at home. We enjoyed the pool very much so, but even more the view of the pond while swimming. We got to see quite a few geckos and these was even a few large snapping turtles down by the dock that we seen multiple times. I recommend this property as you will not be disappointed.

The view from the sun room is great for coffee in the morning and the pool was our favorite spot to hangout. Location wise it was near everything we wanted to do. Restaurants, shows, bars,etc. are all within 15-25 minutes. Check in was simple and efficient. Highly recommend this stay!!!

Celebrated my 50th with my besties. House was perfect and we each enjoyed our own room. We loved the pool and patio. It was nice being close to the airport. The air traffic didn’t ruin the vibe. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at the lake house in Tampa. The pool was a perfect temperature and the kids swim every day. We brought kayaks and paddled in the lake which was delightful. Watching the sunrise and set was one of our favorite past times. The location is very convenient to several great beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

We had scheduled a trip to go watch spring training, however MLB decided to continue the lockout and we no longer had a reason to come to FL. Was the week before arrival when they announced this and Jose was unwilling to refund our trip. I have had and still own rentals so I get it but I was rather irritated that the whole purpose of going had been cancelled. All this being said I am not writing a bad review, we had a great time and other than very loud performance exhaust on Friday night and super busy air traffic, you are about a mile from the Tampa airport....we enjoyed a day of fishing on the ocean with Capt. Dave of Strip Set, highly recommended..beaches, breweries and fresh seafood daily. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. I just wanted to write this to let people know that even though it doesn't always work out in life, make the best of it and you can have a wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Tampa. Modern and clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with spacious open floor plan. My grandchildren loved the pool. It was difficult for grandparents to get in and out of pool. Might want to consider a hand rail. Had problems with garbage disposal and washing machine but was addressed in a timely fashion. Overall a lovely home.

My family of 6 had such a wonderful time at this property. Owner was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the outdoor space to cook and hang out.
