First time to Orange Beach. Perfect location! Clean house! Pool, tennis courts, grills, and beach all right there. Would definite stay again. Hidden gem!

This was a great house for our group - plenty of space and beds for everyone, and just steps from the beach. The one drawback was we didn’t realize how few of the basics were no longer provided, including things like salt & pepper, dish towels, or beach chairs. It was fine once we realized it, but it did cause a couple of extra trips to the store. Future guests should just be aware that the first store run will need to include most everything.

We absolutely loved the location of the house and the accessibility to the beach. Really the only negative about the house is the furniture in the living room. For being such a big house the living room furniture was tattered, dirty looking and small. Other than that it was an awesome vacation!

Large home, great location-but the home is in need of maintenance and cleaning. Furniture is broken, stained, ripped; bathrooms had hair and bugs, spider webs, burnt lightbulbs and broken light fixtures, with exposed wiring. kitchen cabinet facing is chipped, cabinets dirty. Suggest Updated photos posted for more accurate depiction of property - Vacasa was responsive - delivering new towels, sheets, AC repair, internet repair). Space was perfect for our extended family.

We have 10 adults in our family. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group. We loved the decks to eat out on and to have family time all together. The tennis courts were a hit for our people. They played at night. The beach is right out our door and down a short boardwalk. It was so conveniently located to the beach.
Check in was simple; we were just given a gate code and door code. We were contacted that our condo would be available early and that was wonderful!
Having a water purifier of some sort would be a luxury addition but that would be such a perk, lol.
There was a keurig coffee source and the traditional coffee pot and filter which were great options.
The house was clean and just overall a perfect place for our family to vacation.

It was a great place. The only issue was the outside garbage can had a terrible odor (fish smell) right next to the stairs and found that the inside trash can (kitchen) was not emptied.

Really loved the location. It’s a small gated community that is close to everything. Loved having both the pool and ocean to swim. We had a larger group and play a lot of cards and games so the exceptionally large dining table was greatly appreciated as well. Lots of seating and the deck furniture was sturdy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too!!
Quality of bath towels and tissue paper could use an upgrade but just really nitpicking here. We will rent here again if we come back to Orange Beach.

Eight of us gals got together for our annual trip. We had stayed at this property before, and it was perfect for our needs with plenty of living, bedroom and bath space. It is our favorite house!

Plenty of room for 11 adults and there were 3 beds to spare. Very clean and roomy. I would encourage anyone to choose this place. Only 1 downfall… the ice maker did not produce ice like it should, maybe needs repairing so we purchased ice from Walmart. Great house and beach was about a minute walking.

There are a few imperfections with the home (because it’s a rental property), but, overall it has every needed for a wonderful vacation. There were 5 adult couples on our trip and we all agreed we would gladly rent this home again!

Perfect spot!
This home was spectacular and perfect for our vacation. We had four couples and kids, the layout was great! We loved the location, all the outdoor seating! The view of the ocean and closeness to the pool and being able to see the kids play at the tennis courts was an added bonus. We loved it and are already trying to coordinate dates to go again!

30 Year Reunion
Me and my military buddies and wives have not seen each other since serving in Desert Storm over 30 years ago. We spent 7 amazing days here and its was the perfect place to reconnect. People traveled from Germany, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Florida and Mississippi. We didn't want to leave. The deck was awesome to sit out and enjoy the sun during the day and stars at night. The beach was just a short walk away with plenty of room inside for 16 people to enjoy our time together! Thanks again for letting the Bandits of 4/67 Armor 3rd Armored Division, Freidberg Germany reunite and relive the past that is so important to all of us. We will be back.......

Lots to like about this house
Great location. Easy access to beach (about 100 yards) and grocery stores and other amenities nearby. Nice common spaces with bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well outfitted for cooking for a group but a griddle would have been nice for pancakes, grilled sandwiches, etc. Above stove microwave did not work but a new countertop microwave was supplied the next day. I think the house is very well built but shows signs of use. No big issues but kitchen cabinets, drawers and cupboards showing wear and staining. Couple of broken toilet paper holders and a bathroom exhaust fan not working. Couple of fry pans left very dirty that we cleaned up so we could use them. Overall it seemed very clean and was very comfortable. Just some of the normal issues with a rental that has seen use over the years. I would easily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay but had a sign not to flush toilet paper. This was very annoying. You must need to clean out your pipes or something. This would keep us from coming back.

Would love to go back
Great spot in Orange Beach. We had a few guest arrive a few hours early and they were very accommodating to help get them in ASAP. I’ve stayed in high rise condos mostly but having a place to your own with a short walk to the beach was fantastic. Check out was super easy, highly recommended

Serenity is an apt name for this property
This property was just as listed. We loved it. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We will be staying here again. The management was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had.

Serenity at Beachside
This 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom house served our group very well with plenty of space. We all enjoyed the decks and the short walk over the footbridge to the ocean. Our teens used the tennis court several times. We were close to shopping and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!
It was just like the pictures. Clean and everything worked as it should. The ice machine was a big plus. There were 6 couples in our group and everyone was able to have their own room. It was a short walk to the beach. We had such a great time and no issues whatsoever. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous Location, Great House But Could be Better with Some Additions
Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach! We loved the location of this property and how small the neighborhood is (we felt like we had the pool to ourselves). You have a gorgeous view of the ocean and are only steps from the pristine white sand. The house itself is also lovely and very spacious! I would rate this as 4.5 stars, though, simply because there were a few necessities missing. First, were only provided with 1 garbage bag (already in the can) for the whole stay. We ended up using shopping bags for our trash, so a couple more would have been appreciated. Next, there were no basics provided for cooking, such as salt/pepper, cooking spray, coffee or creamer. I feel like these are pretty basic and should be in every rental (coffee is even in every hotel). Lastly, there were no over the door keys to unlock the doors. We had 5 little ones with us, with one of them locking a bedroom door from inside. This is a pretty simple fix with one of the “keys” that are usually located over the doorframe. Unfortunately there were none in the house. We called and they sent a locksmith out but it was going to take 45 minutes. I ended up getting the door open with a bobby pin finally. Thankfully, no one was inside the locked door (they locked it and shut it as they ran out) but this could be a hazard if not remedied. Otherwise, we loved the house and our stay. Vacasa was easy to work with and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!
This house was in a perfect location for us and plenty of room for everybody. We pretty much had this section of beach to ourselves and close enough to any restaurant we wanted to go to. Maybe a 1-2 min walk to the beach and still a great view from the top deck. The only issue was the fridge did not work when we got there. It cooled but the freezer was not cold enough and our ice cream thawed. I called to have someone come look and they said they would send someone. No one ever came but luckily the fridge started working anyway. While this was frustrating, the house was still great and we would rent again.

Basics not provided
The rental was nice and roomy for our family of 10 and nicely furnished and decorated. Great location and gated community. The common pool area was nice and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, dishes and utensils. The air conditioners worked well. Unfortunately for our extended family vacation, these positives were overshadowed by several negative things associated with basic provisions, not amenities. The information on this unit indicatee it undergoes expanded cleaning due to COVID-19. The in cabinet kitchen trash can was full from previous renters (who knows how long). The ceiling in staircase had visible signs of mold. When turning back master bed for first nights sleep, the fitted sheet was covered with many, many short black hairs - had to stay up and wash sheets before being able to sleep. The instructions posted by each toilet stated not to flush even toilet tissue! And overshadowing it all - an basic operational refrigerator was not provided for the duration of our stay (and a refrigerator in a house is not an amenity). It took 3 calls and service visits to determine it needed a repair and the part could not be obtained and installed during our trip. We were not provided any other provisions besides a large cooler with ice for our 350.00 worth of food we planned to cook/eat. I called Vacasa and asked for a discussion on provisions for this appliance failure - I was told I would be called back. No one every called me to try and make things right or fair. I could not believe VRBO/Vacasa did not try to better address the situation nor return my calls. Very disappointed and put out..

Serenity
Beautiful home. Although this was not the original property we rented, we were moved here due to some maintenance issues at our property that forced us out. Talk about an upgrade! This had more than enough room for all 10 of us, with some left over. Close to the beach, well kept, and all the luxuries you would expect in a home like this.

Great location/House needs work
We really loved the community where this house was located. The access to the beach, which was pleasantly uncrowded compared to condo building properties, pool and tennis courts were so easy with a big group including little ones. The layout of the house was also excellent with private baths in all bedrooms. With 4 adults and 5 kids we never felt crowded which was awesome. The built-in ice machine was a real plus.
When we arrived at the house it appeared somewhat dated but usable. Then the problems became more apparent. The front burner of the stove didn’t work, the sewer system was so clogged the toilets barely flushed and one even bubbled when the the shower was on. A TV didn’t work in one bedroom and the sheets were so rough that my 6 year old kept asking me to get the sand out of his bed. Even the cabinet facings were peeling off the kitchen cabinets. I understand that rentals can take a real beating, but it appears ownership in this house is not doing any on-going upkeep to maintain the home to a standard expected for the price. We spoke to other renters in the community that said their houses did not have similar problems. The Mgmt company was responsive to repair the major issues, but overall some investment needs to be made in the property.

Great house, close to beach, everything you could want!
House was very nice. Great beds! Ample space for large families, easy to entertain. Kids had plenty of room. Quick walk to beach and across from pool and tennis courts. Very secure gated community, neighbors were all nice and friendly.
