Great location very close to the historic old town; within walking distance. The room was compact but very clean and it was fine for us as we were staying only one night. Parking is possible on site with extra charge.

The apartment is very conveniently located on the main avenue of Arezzo, a stone's throw away from the centro storico and it comes with a free parking space, a big plus. The basic room is perfect for a short stay - clean, comfortable, in a quiet area. For someone travelling to Arezzo to enjoy the city, it is more than enough.

Already for the second time I booked La Tracia. The location is excellent, the room spacious, comfortable and very clean. I like my big bathroom with amenities and nice white towels. Aircon. Room is really quiet!! Parking in the court and in foot distance the wonderful centre of Arezzo with all its beauty, shops and restaurants. Always again when going there. Paolo, the host, is extremely kind and helpful.

Paolo was so nice and helpful, he really made our stay so much better!! The place is very nice, the room is spacious and the location is really outstanding. Close to everything we needed and still pretty quiet during the night. Also the parking is super convenient!

There could be some improvement to be done with cleanliness, we saw some small areas of mold.

Good location friendly staff great value for money

The location and the host are perfect. I had a big room, towards the court. So there was no noise at all. Parking against a small fee in the court and I was allowed to leave the car there after checkout till I left in the afternoon. Elevator to the third floor. Old centre in walking distance. Good bed, spacious bathroom, nice towels, all very clean and disinfected. The host was so kind to let me drop my luggage and the car even before official check in and gave me a good tip for a restaurant (il Cantuccio. Don't miss to reserve!see below)

Would be nice to have a water boiler in the flat (must not be in the room)
