Rented property for a long weekend to escape the Phoenix heat. We had a wonderful time, as this property is very close to many restaurants and parks. House is clean and well stocked. Check in was easy.

We needed to get away n this was perfect for us . It was quiet, spacious n just about any accessory you might need in the kitchen was there. So well stocked for family gatherings. We would definitely go again n actually trying to plan something now for another visit in next few months .

Overall nice weekend stay at the house. Fire pit was a plus, the house was roomy and well-stocked with essentials and the location was peaceful and close to lakes and recreation.
Unfortunately, the top oven was not heating properly and the propane gas tank was empty which was a disappointment since our dinner and our evening plans were delayed.
These were minor inconveniences, but could easily have been avoided. All in all we would come back to stay here and would still recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is nestled in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. We took daily walks down to Woodland Lake Park which was only 1/2 mile away. Restaurants and stores were close by as well. The home was clean and had kitchen and bathroom supplies to make our stay relaxing and convenient.

Upon initial walk into the house, it was great! The house is big and beautiful, the lot is great (end of a culdesac), check in was easy. It's close to grocery stores and other things which is nice.The house definitely needs some TLC (broken sink handle in the kitchen which made getting hot water difficult, broken/missing towel bar in bathroom upstairs, black stuff came out of the jets in the bathtub upstairs, the lights in the living room didn't work, and some random things like that which are just normal wear/tear but need to be replaced). The tv down stairs didn't work (followed instructions). While the owner did attempt to give me ideas, ultimately it was just kind of like "oh well, someone must have messed with it" which really stunk. These things should be checked before each new renter so they aren't stuck without tv.Overall, the place was good, just not great inside. Horseshoes outside was a hit, patio furniture was nice and we spent a lot of time out there which was lovely.

My husband and I took a short get away and absolutely loved it here!! It was nice to relax by the fireplace while watching it snow outside. The property is very well maintained and the property manager was very easy to communicate with and she was very accommodating!

Nice open cabin with lots of space to relax and good for families. Great location near woodland lake park which has fishing, trails, and several playgrounds to keep the kids busy. We even saw deer right by the house in the neighborhood! Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I, our two young kiddos, and my mom and brother had a great time at this beautiful cabin. It was close enough to the shops and restaurants, but far enough to have a serene surrounding. We enjoyed cooking as a family, plenty of cookware. Sitting by the firepit outside to cap the night was the best. Highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy High Country Log Cabin. We were here for my husband’s birthday which was also Labor Day weekend. The cabin had everything we needed, it was on a quite cul-de-sac in the Pines. The cabin was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and the back porch and fire pit were amazing for evenings. We walked to the Woodland lake every morning, which is about a 1/2 mile walk from the cabin. Plenty of restaurants and bars, less than 5 min drive . We will definitely be back!!

This amazing cabin was perfect for my wife and I to stay in along with my daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandkids (ages 1 and 2). Master suite upstairs and 2 adjoining rooms downstairs for the young family could not have been laid out better. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Pinetop lakeside getaway
We booked our vacation on VRBO and found the cabin that would be our home for the last week. My wife and I traveled with a four year old, 10 year old, and 12 year old. This cabin was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, well laid out, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. While we contacted the manager for a few minor things, she was very quick to respond and was available by text message, which helps when you have a screaming four-year-old in the background. Incidentally, the cabin is located near Woodland Lake and this was going to be a fishing vacation. Woodland Lake is located within walking distance of the cabin. Please note: the Woodland Lake has been drained and no time published as to when it is expected to reopen. We had a great time going to Showlow lake. Please thank the homeowners for us as we will likely return to this same property yearly. We enjoyed the keyless entry, satellite TV availability and the Wi-Fi. We had no problem with propane as we used the grill every night, we did not run out of propane on the grill, but another unused canister of propane was available on the property.

BEAUTIFUL HOME
This home was very well equipped, clean, spacious and in a great location. The beds were comfortable, the master bathroom was fantastic, the 1/2 bathroom was a fantastic extra to have. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dining table was beautiful and very large, my group of 8 all fit comfortably. The only minus there is the lighting over the dining table which was very dim, but the light fixture was so nice & suited the decor beautifully. The deck was such a relaxing space as well. We were able to have a bonfire and make S'mores for the kiddos, which they loved. Overall, a very nice time spent there and I would NOT hesitate to recommend this home. Our contact, Tammy, was SUPER; my multiple questions were answered promptly; I really appreciated her.

Beautiful vacation home in the mountains
This was a perfect getaway home for my family. The location is perfect for exploring the White Mountains. Very convenient to everything in Pinetop but still feels very rustic. The house itself is immaculately kept and fully stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Very well appointed kitchen for those who would like to cook while they are here. We loved the outdoor deck and balcony off the master. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway
We had a great time here, this was a last minute romantic getaway and I tried to work with the management company about making sure the grill had propane as we did not want to leave or be bothered once we got there.
Although I did my due dilligence there was no propane and I was expected to buy it and be reimbursed. Had I been there with a group no problem but frustrating when you try to double check.
The house is gorgeous with an incredible AV system! I would say the popcorn and dust inside and the porch needing a dust were the only other complaints. This is a great home for a group maybe not as much for a getaway as the neighbor kept trying to talk to us in the upper balcony while we were drinking coffee! Lol
