Had a little trouble getting the room temperature right. But not a big issue.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, the beds are very soft and comfortable, close to everything, staff was so friendly! We where welcomed to our room with a bottle of champagne and a lovely hand written note! We very much suggest staying here

The interior of the hotel itself is very sheek and modern. The TV worked easily, as did the air conditioning (which is generally an issue in most hotels) and the bathroom and beds were clean to perfection.

The parking isn’t for the faint at heart. There are signs posted that your vehicle will be towed if you don’t have a parking pass, yet, they don’t give parking passes. I was mid-shower and didn’t have enough shampoo and conditioner for my hair. The front desk quickly brought some up (faster than anyone has ever brought me something at a hotel before), but had I not been with family, I’d have had to get out of the shower, get dressed, and get it from her.

It was very clean! Everyone was very friendly, i felt comfortable.

The only thing i had a problem with was the pillows were too flat for my liking but otherwise was perfect.

Close to Biltmore. New hotel, rooms are fantastic! Staff is great! Food is good. The beds are so comfortable! 100 percent recommend!

Well designed hotel with excellent amenities. Spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful modern design. We enjoyed the Bistro cafe and appreciated the indoor pool for a swim at the end of the day. We also found the staff to be welcoming and very efficient. Two of the front desk staff helped us with an issue we had with our room and made it possible for us to move to another room, which we greatly appreciated.

The hotel is located on a secondary road that connects Biltmore Village to west Asheville. The road carries a significant amount of traffic, so you need to take care if you set out to walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village. But this was a minor issue and we quickly learned to stay on the sidewalks and cross at the intersections in order to stay safe.

The room was cozy and clean! The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and peaceful.

I wish breakfast had been provided and the options were a little pricey for what they were.

In the restaurant dinner menu, I ordered the burger, it looked good but pretty much like a wal mart patty ..tastless,the fries were hot and tasty. Burger not worth the price.The tiny piece of cheese cake is not worth 7.00.. It was good, price could be cut in half.

The room and hotel were perfect. The price was extremely reasonable. I won’t hesitate to book again.

There was not one thing I didn’t like.

Very friendly staff

Location was not great. It was convenient to Biltmore but the area seemed a little sketchy.

The king bed was SO comfortable and we loved the seating and the little table for sitting drinks.

Nothing major but the TV was slow responding to the remote.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and my room was so comfortable. It truly was perfect after a long day of traveling. The location was close to the attractions I planned on seeing. The lobby also smells divine!

The food at the restaurant was not good. I ordered a BLT and I’m not sure how you can go wrong with that, but it was not good at all. But if that’s the only negative piece of feeeback I have, I’d say this was an exceptional stay. I would stay here again 100%.
