Nouveau pour la saison de location 2020! Relooking complet et ajout d'une grande piscine privée! Cette grande maison de plage, pouvant accueillir 11 personnes, est située à environ 0. 5 miles au sud du pont de grande hauteur de Surf City sur la "South Shore Drive" haut de gamme qui vous met à distance de marche des restaurants, épiceries, magasins, Surf City Pier et plus! South Shore Drive est une route de plage en bord de mer de 25 mph qui n'est que du trafic local. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une course d'exercice, une balade à vélo ou une promenade en famille. Vous pouvez littéralement ranger vos clés pour la semaine ou vous aventurer sur l'île vers d'autres attractions locales telles que le Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital et le Missiles and More Museum, qui raconte l'histoire du passé de notre île.

Une autre terrasse couverte sur toute la longueur se trouve le long de la façade de la maison avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la jetée.
La piscine privée dans la cour arrière est parfaite pour nos clients pour se détendre, bronzer, écouter de la musique, profiter de votre boisson préférée, lire et / ou profiter d'une sieste l'après-midi. Comme mentionné ci-dessus, la piscine comprend un toboggan aquatique intégré et un objectif de basket-ball pour des heures de plaisir interrompu. C'est un endroit fabuleux pour faire griller des hot-dogs, des steaks ou vos prises fraîches du jour.

We had such a great stay in this home. The house was beautiful with modern everything and included everything we needed. It was very clean on our arrival as well and located in a perfect spot with easy beach access. The host made everything easy and kept in touch with us throughout the stay to ensure we had what we needed. We will definitely look to stay here again when we’re back in Surf City.

Our experience was way beyond expectations. Our house was beautiful and well maintained. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Our host, Mr. & Mrs. Youngblood was so accommodating. They met and exceeded all of our needs and responded immediately on any questions we ask.
The booklet he furnishes has every detail you should need while staying there. They, also, have recommendations for local restaurants.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at their property again.
I would classify it as a 5-plus experience.

The house was immaculate, very well maintained, and exactly as described! We had 6 adults, a 2 year old and 3 babies under 8 months, and it worked perfectly. The owners were very responsive and attentive to all details. Beautiful home and beach! Thanks for a great trip!

This was our first time going to NC and we loved it. It was fall break for our 5 year old, so we planned a family trip. It was my husband, myself, our son, my dad, my brother and his girlfriend. Everything was wonderful! The beds and couch were very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need...I even brought stuff to do some baking, per my brothers request, and there were pmenty of kitchen supplies to get it done. They had both a keurig and a coffee pot, so plenty of options for caffeination. The pool, slide and hot tub were amazing. We ran into a couple issues where the pump/heater weren't working when we went to get in, but Eric was so responsive and got the issue resolved immediately. It was great having the garage to store our beach stuff and the hoses to rinse everything off after. Not having to worry about a key/card for the main door was so convenient also. The only thing I could have asked for was to stay longer because it was just wonderful to be on vacation at such an immaculate house, a beautiful beach and with everything you could need just a walk or 10 min drive away. Also, get your legs in shape for stairs...there are lots of stairs, especially if you aren't sleeping on the main level.

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach home, just a short walk across the street and you're on the beach, short walk up the street and you're in sweet Surf City town. The property was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen. The owner has provided everything we could possibly need, from bikes to beach chairs. Eric the owner was very easy to deal with and answered back quickly. I will definitely try to book again for a longer stay. 10 out of 10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a beautiful property and very well maintained and stocked for those of us that enjoy cooking. This place is a gem! We were able to grill and cook inside, the supplies are best. The pool was AMAZING! The slide is game changer so fun for grown people the proximity to the beach is perfect!! The ocean views from upper deck are beautiful.

The group consisted of two of my brothers, one of their spouses, my husband and myself. really were pleased with seeing our American flag when we arrived.

If you are looking for home away from home, great location, full ocean sounds and view and 1 minute easy walk to beach and fabulous pool with water slide, this is it and more! Very well supplied, very comfortable beds. Owner is easy to contact and seems to genuinely care that you enjoy your stay. We will return for round 3 next summer!

The house and location was as advertised. If you want the beach then it is a minute walk. If you want a pool then it is right in the back yard. Plenty of little shops and bars within a 10 minute walk.the family enjoyed the pool mostly but we did a half day trip to Wilmington. 40 minutes away. There was also plenty of grocery options 10 minutes away, so we made use of the grill.

This is our third year staying at this wonderful property. The owners maintain this house so well. The proximity to the beach is great with 3 young kids. The outdoor space is our favorite part; including a pool, waterslide, hot tub and outdoor shower. The house is clean and well stocked. We have already booked our trip for next summer!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as nice as we remembered it back in ‘21. The house is so well maintained and very accommodating to any needs you may have. The pool is gorgeous and well kept and the hot tub was an amazing addition. The little touches like menus and notes left with recommendations really show the care put into having an enjoyable stay. Eric, property owner, was extremely great to work with...answered all our questions with out delay during booking process and once we arrived...the owners maintain their beach home well and I hope those visiting will treat this property as their own...kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable, pool was maintained well, wonderful outdoor shower and in addition 2 areas with hoses for washing off sand prior to going into house...

This is the third time we have stayed here and have already booked our week for next year. No better location or accommodations in the heart of Surf City. The private pool area is a favorite family gathering spot and the slide is always a hit! The house is so well furnished and love we don’t have to travel with all the necessary infant/toddler accessories or beach gear. Communication is top notch and such a well thought out layout. Always something updated!

Excellent house for us: grandparents and family of 7! Bunk room great for the kids. Upstairs tv room used by the kids a lot. Location is excellent, just across the street from beach and near restaurants and stores. Appreciated the wagon and folding chairs. Kitchen well- stocked. House well maintained and beds oh, so comfortable!!
The hit was the pool with a slide and the jacuzzi! They were used twice daily by everyone after going to the beach! Liked it so much we booked it again for 2024!!

This house was absolutely perfect! The home was clean-- like REALLY clean, and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The hot tub, pool with slide was large and so much fun! The walk to the beach was close and easy for our large group. The owner was amazing to work with. We can't wait to go back year after year!

This property is exactly as described and pictured in its listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay and would return again in a heartbeat! The home was very clean and comfortable, and you can tell the homeowners put a lot of thought into making sure the amenities supplied at the home make it easy for vacationers. It was so convenient to be a very short walk to beach access and restaurants. When we weren’t at the beach, we definitely enjoyed the multiple decks, pool and hot tub. The owners were quick to respond to us with the few things we needed during our stay. We would 100% recommend this beautiful property to anyone considering staying in Surf City. You won’t be disappointed!

Eric and Jenny put a lot of thought into the safety as well as the comfort of their guests. We really appreciated how well the pool was secured and all the baby equipment that was provided. The kitchen was very well equipped, loved putting together a crockpot meal before going to the beach the day! So many thoughtful touches throughout the home, from great restaurants, local activities, helpful reminders about the garbage and recycling pickup days down to hangers in the closet! Of course I have to say the pool with the slide was probably the best amenity!!! I don’t know who enjoyed it more , the 4 1/2 year old or the adults. The 18 month old had a wonderful time playing on the top step in the pool. Overall one of the best vacations we’ve had. My only disappointment is that we won’t be able to come back in 2023 because my grandson will start kindergarten in August.

There’s nothing bad I can say about this property or our stay. It was beautiful, clean, and as amazing as the pictures look. The beach was a 1 min walk and it was beautiful as well. Thank you to the owners and thank you for our amazing time. My family is beyond thankful.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years...mostly good experiences. Some were better equipped than others..some with better locations than others, some better mai tained. But this home was everything. First off, it was so clean....every inch of it. And unlike some rentals who seem to be in need of interior painting, this home was so well maintained. The beds...all king sized except the bunk room, appeared fairly new and very comfortable. The bathrooms..not fancy but clean and totally adequate and why waste space on huge bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect! Lots of prep space and every piece of cookware one could need..and we cook a lot. It seems double plates, glasses, silverware. Very nice cookware, bakimg amd storage dishes. Lots of tvs. We did not use the xbox, ping pong table or hot tub but they are there to use. And the pool was wonderful....the big and little kids loved the slide. And let's not forget location...walkable.to town, maybe a 2 mi ite walk to the beach and lots of beach accessories included. Tired....nothing like a good drink on the balcony watching the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and clearly cares about your enjoying their home. Hope to repeat next year!

The house is immaculate in every way - well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, excellent beds, terrific pool and hot tub. We felt at home as soon as we set foot inside. We absolutely loved this house! Everything was top notch! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook in. The beds were really comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed room. The pool was beautiful and relaxing after a day at the beach. The short walk to the beach access was really nice. I would defiantly stay here again!!!!

A true home away from home. Everything you need. The pool was a hit with my young children. They have a pool alarm for pool safety. The slide worked great. They have hoses everywhere to wash off so cleaning off after the beach was a breeze. Host was extremely responsive and thorough. Beach was close and pretty easy access. Kitchen was stocked with the necessary cookware - they even have a blender which is key for us. Rooms are spacious. Bunk bed room is adorable and updated. You cannot go wrong with this house!!

Perfect vacation!
We had a wonderful week and the house was perfection! The layout is great, the kids loved the bunk room and the adults really appreciated the king sized beds in the rest of the bedrooms! The pool was a huge hit and slide was a blast! The beach is about a one minute walk from the house. We loved it so much we booked it for next year too!
