We went during October, and this condo was wonderful! We loved the huge windows to view the beach while inside. The condo had wonderful amenities like the indoor pool for cooler days and the outdoor pool and waterslide when it was warm enough (pools outside are not heated). There were a lot of kitchen items for when we wanted to cook. I loved the layout and style of this condo...very cute and comfortable! The only downsides were things that are not huge issues for me or my family, but I wanted to mention them. The towels were very basic and not the most comfortable to use. Some of the mattresses were very firm, but this was not a problem for our kids to sleep on. The balconies do not offer any privacy because of the way the building is built (you can see over to lots of other balconies on each side). Many of the reviews describe how crowded this place can be in the summer and how long it takes for the elevator. We did not experience this in October, but there are 32 floors to the building. I could imagine that sharing the elevators and amenities with that many floors of people would be difficult in the summer. But for our October trip it was amazing!

Beautiful property with perfect location for our family of 7. The amenities on site were perfect and saved us a lot of money to have so much to do on site without leaving to find entertainment. Beaches were clean and family friendly. Beautiful views and property is exactly as described and pictured. Elevators were a little bit of a pain but they provide shopping carts and luggage carts to bring your things up/down. Our kids range in age from 20 months to 13 and everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was first rate, with the exceptions of long elevator waits and overcrowded beaches. The condo itself was terrific.

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the beds in the guest rooms were not comfortable. The mattress and pillows need to be upgraded.

Plenty of space, very close to the beach, it was a bit chilly for the outdoor pools, but the indoor pool and hot tubs were nice--the hot tubs were almost always occupied, so it was tough to get a spot in them. Elevators had some periods that were tougher to get ahold of one, but overall not bad (we were on the 27th floor). Would visit again.

I would definitely stay here again. My family loved it.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. It offers convenient beach access and comfortable accommodations, other than minimal kitchen supplies (as mentioned in other reviews). Despite my best efforts to take care of the property, the owner accused me of taking a bed sheet and charged me an extra $50.

Property was clean, had the essentials and was in a good location.

This is a nice rental. We enjoyed our stay, the property was nice and had nice amenities. Check in was easy, no issues at all The unit itself is somewhat dated and cheaply appointed. Bare minimum on kitchen utensils and dishes, etc. The refrigerator was small and damaged. The furniture in the living area was cheap and uncomfortable. No recliner, stain on the couch and drapes. Overall I would stay again, but it wasn’t as nice as I was expecting

The condo was beautiful. Even though we had a cool streak views from balcony were beautiful. We saw dolphins, sea turtle eating a fish, shark. So relaxing. Wish it would have been warmer to enjoy lazy river. It was so relaxing.

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach with great amenities. Property manager (owner) was easy to talk with and responded quickly to messages. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to stay in.

We really enjoyed our stay, condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Host were very responsive. Elevators can get busy after 4pm but that is to be expected during the summer in a building with 350 units.

The property is beautiful and was very clean. The only complaint we had was with the evevators. They were horrible! Took 1.5 hours to get on one at times. Many times the group walked up the 27 flights of stairs:(

My family and I stayed five nights in this condo. We had a great time. The room was clean, well maintained and plenty big enough for the five of us. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and the tennis courts. The only problems were the elevators. There could be a 10 to 20 minute wait for elevators to get to the room. We did not seem to mind it as much as other guests that were staying in building. We would stay again at the Phoenix West 2.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and everything you need was provided.

This is my second time renting Pat’s place - it is beautiful and has enough space for 12 ppl! We have a great time, great views, enjoyed the lazy river and beach. There were a lot of festival goers staying at the same time but the walls are so thick we couldn’t hear them! Stay here if you want a comfortable stay close to everything you need

Our family enjoyed this beautiful, well appointed condo. It comfortably accommodated our family and the view was stunning! The amenities were especially nice with the mixed age of kiddos we have.

The condo is a great size for family - you're not on top of one another - and is very nicely decorated. The amenities are top notch too. Would recommend.

The property and unit were both clean. The unit was spacious and had everything that we needed. Security was tight always checking armbands and car permits as well. We liked this unit and the property both.

Beautiful views inside and out! We had a fabulous time with friends.
