That was my second stay at potato head and what an experience . The breakfast by the pool sets the mood for the day. Amusing food, facilities and staff. Amazing spa and massage. Staying at potato head is the experience

Everything is perfect at potato head

Lovely hotel with nice rooms, super clean, incredible service from the staff, great facilities and beautiful beach club to watch sunsets.

The hotel, hospitality, restaurants and food were superb!

Brilliant stay all round for our honeymoon. Great customer service, great facilities, restaurants excellent - wish we ate there more. Drinks very nice, pools beautiful.

Wenn man auf hohem Niveau meckern möchte, dann wäre es Auswahl an Kissen- und/oder Matratzenhärte wirklich toll. Für unseren Geschmack war das Bett zu weich und die Kissen zu hart… aber wir haben auch nicht gefragt ob es andere Kissen gibt… vielleicht hätte es das auch gegeben? Dann wäre es toll, wenn man es dazu sagt. Aber das ist wirklich meckern auf allerhöchstem Niveau!

As expected, another wonderful stay at Potato Head. The staff are exceptional, the hotel is exceptional and the food is exceptional. We aren’t usually ones to return to a hotel but we’ll definitely be back for our 3rd visit sometime soon!

You cannot fault this hotel in anyway

Everything was very impressive and I loved the commitment to zero waste.

The room was so noisy. There was a band outside in the dining area and it was impossible to stay in the room until they had finished. Such a shame! I was so looking forward to relaxing in there.

The facilities, location and service are exceptional. Food is glorious, and the activities are brilliant. What really stood out if the quality of the service. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

Nothing to improve upon

For a resort with a well run beach club, the service was really excellent. As a hotel guest you get priority in everything and treated as a VIP. The breakfast area on the pool with a beach view is exceptional and the food is very good. Very good vibes and exquisite music all day, not too intrusive but just nice. The recycling unit is out of this world and one of the few hotels I've seen, who really do what they say in this regards. Staff are extremely courteous and efficient with a nice smile and they get things done! empowerment - well done to the management. the icing on the cake - we forgot something in the airport transfer car , and we were in touch with the guest service team whole checking in at the airport. What a service! they got in touch with the driver and are items were with us in no time ( considering the high traffic in Bali) Amazing place, people, mood, food and attitude - we will be back

Pool and day beds

We had the best time at potato head with our daughter. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. The room came with a minibar wich we enjoyed alot plus a stunning bathroom. All the facilities were always clean. We didnt think of leaving the little area of potato head cause there is so much to see and to do. Excellent breakfast at the beachfront including jumping in the pool in between. Lunch at kaum restaurant and dinner at ijen in the beachclub was absolutely delicious. Definetly will come back there and can only recommend 100%.

The resort is so exceptional we were a big group of friends and we enjoyed our stay there, resort is nice facility are perfect, stuff are friendly

Stuff are friendly, but they don't know what to do when something happened a problem or something, I had two situations during our stay that got me really annoyed, first one, we enjoyed our stay there and decided to extend in our sea view studio, I went down to the lobby and asked them to extend two more days, and they told me you all sat, a day after the reception called me and told me that tomorrow is your checkout and I told him I extended and they told me they will check and get back to me, after couple of minutes the manager called me and told me that you did not confirm and you did not extend, I told him that I was with friends in the lobby and I tried to prove it for him and they did not helped me with that, and told me our hotel is fully booked but we have like an emergency room and it was the smallest room with no view and they put us in it and when I asked me to pay for it they charged me extra night by mistake, and they told me they you put it credit in case if I get extra service and they refunded later, they did not make us discount or anything for free for that mistake. Second situation, we were sitting in the restaurant/ bar by the sea and we were having dinner, and in the table next to us friends setting and enjoying their time drinking, and one of the girls starting to throw up and we asked the stuff to help her and maybe took her to restroom or something since people around her are eating, they did not act and she throw up three times and when we asked the manager, he told us they are waiting for her car. it was disgusting night and we stopped eating and drinking.
