The outside of the house is beat up a little but the inside is very nice. Back deck was great with 2 grills, lots of room to sleep, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a super time at this property. It worked out great for our group of five that attended the UD graduation weekend festivities. The home is old -however it was super clean and had a ton of amenities that contributed to our pleasurable experience. As a previous reviewer had noted, the steps to enter the home are quite steep and narrow width. However with caution and railing support, my 80 year old parents managed them just fine. The only complaint was that the clock in the primary bedroom kept going off at 7:00 am and none of us could figure out how to change that setting. Very minor inconvenience though. If our travels take us to Dayton again, we will definitely stay. It is a great value for the price.

Great place to stay.

It was very clean ,and very roomy .Even though my son grabbed the blankets by mistake the property manager was very professional about it. I would rent it evertime I come to Dayton. Thank you Mr. WILLIAMS

Our stay was very nice the property was clean and accommodated all of our guests. Property contact was very nice and answered very quickly. All in all, very nice property for our weekend getaway and we enjoyed our stay.

House was close to Univ Dayton which was great! House is very old...carpet was disgusting, tattered and so old! Kitchen faucet only had a trickle of water when set on "hot" water, so you could not even do dishes or wash your hands...DW did not work properly! Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Owners provided soap/shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper/paper towel/coffee & creamer, popcorn & hot choc which was a nice touch but in order for me to recommend this house it would need: -New carpet on stairs, upper hall & bedrooms -New Dishwasher -Hot water issue fixed in kitchen -Upstairs bathroom tub replaced (it's dirty or stained-either way it needs replaced)

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We had a pretty bad plumbing issue during the middle of the day but the owner was responsive and helpful in getting it fixed.

This was the perfect location for our girls weekend. The house was cozy, clean, and located in a convenient location. William went above and beyond to provide the necessities and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very prompt and friendly communication and service. We will definitely be booking this home for future visits.

Amazing house. Super clean, very large nice rooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, without exception. Very detailed and well taken care of. Plenty of space for lots of people. The inside is a surprise compared to the outside. A hidden gem. We loved it!

Our host was great and answered all messages promptly. The pictures don’t to the location justice as the inside was very well decorated and comfortable. Every room was clean and neatly organized. The location was near many of the places we wanted to visit on our trip. All around great place to stay in Dayton!

The experience was good. Steps outside and inside are very narrow and steep. The house was clean inside but the outside need a little cosmetic work.

Place was awesome! May be a bit crowded for 13. Host was awesome. Definitely tecommend.

We had a great stay. Very clean and main essentials provided. The beds were so comfortable and communication with the owner was fast. The historic district was so cool to walk around the area. Also very close the to museums and other thing we were doing Dayton. Had a great visit and would stay here again.

Two families shared this space while visiting our UD freshman daughters for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised with the crisp white bed linens and towels and updated appliances!It was nice to have a place to relax and give our girls a much needed home cooked meal. Plenty of room for all 11 of us to eat together. There was a nice cheese and cracker tray and bottle of wine chilled in the fridge when we arrived. All paper products and soaps were provided that we need for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped and has every appliance you could want, even an air fryer!The location was perfect...only five minutes from the campus and about ten minutes from Walmart.You should know that the steps to the front door are VERY steep and narrow, so if you are elderly or have a slight handicap the steps would be a problem.I was pleased at the quick response from the host the couple of times I had questions.We had a great stay and I would definitely rent again!

We had a great time. The location is wonderful and the owners are amazing. The property was very clean and comfortable however the outside of the property look a bit older but inside looks nothing like the outside. This property is a gem.
