We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 boys. The flat was clean, well decorated, quiet, very comfortable for a family, with new furniture and a modern bathroom. We were too busy to see everything around the lake, so we did not have the time to relax at the beautiful balcony or to have a drink viewing the sunset from the terrace. The location is great. Very close to restaurants and services. Although the housekeeping is paid extra, they changed the towels once. Would definitely choose it again!

Enrico was really nice and helpful. He helped with luggages, and everything else we needed. The accommodation was beautiful too.

Enrico really cares about you having a good time while you stay there. I asked him for a way to watch Wimbledon and even thoght I could not watch it on the room he found a place in twon where I could go an watch it.

Breakfast had excellent choice and was personal to us and was optional. Quiet nice area with easy access to nearby towns and the lake.

Air con seemed to turn off through the night and had to turn it back on due to timer.

Great place to stay in Peschiera. Very conformable beds, great view from the terrace. The owner was very friendly - great person. Showers are great - nice big rooms - easy to park car.

A bit far from the city, can’t walk this distance, you need a car to go to the city.

The view from the roof deck is to die for. Enrico was super friendly and accommodating, the apartment was comfortable and spacious, and we hope to come back for a future visit!

The apartment is stunning, offering beautiful views across the surrounding area. It is spacious, nicely decorated and all aspects (bed, shower, kitchen) were top quality! Enrico and Lisa were brilliant hosts; they picked us up from the airport and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning as well as a complementary bottle of local wine. Enrico let us borrow his bicycles for no extra charge and organised electric bike hire for us, he and Lisa both went above and beyond to make it the perfect stay! Would highly recommend a stay here!

A few more basic amenities in the apartment would have been helpful (for example Olive Oil, cling film/foil) but otherwise everything was perfect!

Everything was great

We stayed in the apartment from the firts floor, perfect for two adults and two children. The location is very nice, we felt excellent. you can park without problems in front of the house. And the breakfast is very good!

the hosts of this hotel/B&B are very friendly. they provided excellent service that made me feel at home. we asked them for the taxi number to go to a winery, the hosts even drove us there. The breakfast was great. Bread and croissants were so tasty and crunchy (meet my French friend's criteria of good baking). The host tried his best to meet our diet requirements. The rooms were clean and newly renovated (excellent design). Large bed, soft and comfortable. There is a be rooftop balcony with a beautiful lake and vineyard view. We can't be more satisfied.

it a wine region. we came back late after dinner and felt like having another drink on the rooftop. But we can't find wine glasses and it was too late to disturb our hosts. So we drink with normal glasses (we should have asked them before). I am sorry that I can't give a rating of 11/10.

Excellent! Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, the host was very welcoming and kind. The breakfest was above and beyond, very rich and many options. Very recommended!

We was so happy at Lugana 9, Enrico is a really good Host with many background information for many spots. He made everything comfortable. If we will come back to Lago del Garda we will definitely book this apartment again.

Enrico is Amazying! So kind and makes you feel at home! He helped us with anything we asked for witha smile! The Design is spectacular! I wish i live in a home like this! It is like 5 stars appartment no doubt! The view from the roof is gorgeous. The kitchen and the bathroom is with everything you need that they prepare from advance for you! We'll for sure come back again! There is also a possibility for Meals the couple preparing but you should notice in advance. Thank you for all.

Enrico is an excellent and welcoming guest, he prepared an exquisite breakfast which was served in a dreamy looking porch. Our room was clean and nicely designed, with a particular attention to details. I’ll recommend it to all my friends and make sure I’ll stop by again in the future!!
