Very nice rental,we would go back again. The fully equipped kitchen was particularly nice.We cooked 90% of our meals at the house. The porches and the views were especially enjoyable.

Great balconies, nice to have a working outdoor grill, kitchen was very nicely set up, and washing machine was a plus! Good internet. Quiet location at least when we were there (but we were there on the off season).

photos were a little misleading: you aren't as close to the water as implied (they zoomed in on an area that can't be accessed from the property). Information should have been put into a booklet or something else central--we found bits of information like wifi access scattered here and there throughout the property. We didn't know, for example, that the hot water hadn't yet been turned on for the season (surprise in the first morning) and had to figure out what to do (there was a small note that we finally found in the kitchen). I recommend a binder or something that sits on the kitchen table and gives comprehensive information all in one place. Once we DID find everything (some with the help of texting the owner), it was great.

Unaware of use of access to dock. I was notified that dock access was not allowed until after booking.

The house was cozy and comfortable. Definitely felt like home. Very clean King bed comfortable. Lots of pillows if you forgot yours. Balconies are wonderful accent to home. EXCELLENT PRICE FOR THE HOME...BETTER PRICE THAN A HOTEL AND YOU GET A FULL HOME

Needs window darkener...to bright in the morning...up at 6am each morning due to the light coming in. Otherwise no complaints

Very clean, sweet little duplex with a nice view of distant horses from the deck. Very close to multiple places to buy fresh seafood at. Walking distance from a park with views of the bay.

We weren't aware that there was no trash pick-up service, and there was nowhere to store our trash until we had a chance to drive it to the dump. We had to bring our own towels and sheets, were aware of that ahead of time. No wifi.

The bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the balcony off the master bedroom. We could open the curtain and watch the sunrise from bed in the morning. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were even some nice games and coloring supplies for the kids

The screen of the lower porch came loose and let the mosquitoes in on us, so we couldn't eat out there. The dvd player didn't work, which was a bummer with no internet. But it did keep us from staying up too late.
