Nice place. Right on the water, minutes to everything.

Everything was good

The room was very comfortable and clean. We particularly liked our little balcony overlooking the bay.

Some minor issues: no place to recycle plastic bottles and cups; in-room coffee pods not replenished.

The room was clean and comfortable.The view was fantastic. Staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. It felt like home away from home.

The remote for the gas fireplace did not have a remote in it. But, it was taken care of promptly when I notified the front desk. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear noise from the 3rd floor. But, that was the guests playing music loudly and stepping heavily on the floor.

Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping, breakfast staff and reception were helpful and friendly. Pool and workout room were great. Location was was within walking distance to everything we needed.

The breakfast was excellent and not the same every day.

The absolute only thing was the placement of the toilet paper. it was on the right attached to the sink and I had to reach back behind me to reach it. It would have been much better had it been on the wall to the left.

Indoor pool/ hot tub needed cleaned

The staff was friendly. Very welcoming.

The noise. Was placed in a handicap room which we were not. The pool was right outside our balcony on the first floor. People above us sounded like thumper walking across the floor at all hours. The rooms are thin so we heard the people next to us. The chlorine in the inside pool was so strong that it made your eyes burn and you can smell it across the yard. There isn't supposed to be any smoking but we smelled pot as we sat outside on the balcony.

The view

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view as well. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee available 24/7 was great! We hope to come back!

Nothing!

Room was comfortable, cool, clean and had a view of the bay and outside pool. For breakfast had waffles, OJ and yogurt which were good but the Bold coffee was outstanding. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Can't forget those afternoon chocolate chip cookies!!

The bathroom toilet was low.

The place was very clean, staff was super friendly, the views were gorgeous, and it was a good deal for such a nice stay.

Pool outdoors was gorgeous but looked a little cloudy and I do not think they test it daily. It didn’t smell a lot Like chlorine. I also wish they had Disney junior or nick junior on the TV for my little ones.

Breakfast could have been a bit better

Tv did not work. Jacuzzi sprayed water everywhere.

We made a more expensive reservation to have the direct bayfront rooms with a view on the west side and finally they weren't able to give us the requested room. Instead we got a room which had half the view and which was located in front of the ice machine which made a huge noise all night long and didn't allow us to rest properly. The hotel facilities are totally overrated and there is no value for money. We won't come back again!

our queen “deluxe water view” had an angle balcony just big enough for the two chairs and small table provided. the view pictured on the site was great - from that one narrow angle of the postage stamp. because of other conflicting reservations we couldn’t change both of our rooms. a sewage removal company was working on a big green dumpster-style tank at the edge of the building. that may be normal to some extent but we have never seen that at other properties before. the elevator had an unpleasant odor that seemed to be improving on the day we left.

spectacular view from our balcony, comfortable bed, great breakfast. My husband and I come here a few times a year just to unwind from the daily stresses of life, we think of it as our home away from home!.

Nothing I can think of.

Prior to arriving, I spoke with Helen who provided me with a wealth of information, places to go, places to eat, things to do. The staff, Deanna, Tasha, Tosha ..... the 3 we mainly saw ..... all super sweet. The room was bright and spacious with a great view of the bay/waterway; bed, very comfortable. Breakfast, delicious, every morning and enough choices that I can't imaging anyone leaving without eating. The pool and the hot tub were a must for us and both were awesome. Very clean.

The candy machine on our floor was not working ..... maybe fix that.
