The location and space in the home was great.

It was not well maintained. The home was dirty and not stocked for the amount of guests we planned on for our visit. Three of the rooms did not have window coverings. The TV on the patio did not have a remote so the volume was stuck on high. One of the beds downstairs had a queen frame and only a full mattress. The oven was disgustingly dirty as was the toaster. The couches and dining room chairs were filthy. The floors were so gross we couldn’t walk in our socks as they turned black. There were not enough towels.

The location was perfect, only a couple of miles away from the family we were there to visit. It was also convenient to the airport, less than 30 minutes. Our family spent hours enjoying the pool table in the basement. The contact person was quick to respond.

There were no extra trash bags for the kitchen trash.
