The room was clean. The check-in was smooth and quick. There was plenty of parking. The AC worked fine which was a relief with triple digit weather outside. There was an issue with the TV which was resolved quickly. I asked for a room in a quiet area which I got.

The breakfast hours were too early. I would have liked it to go on for another hour. There was barely any seating for most of the people there. I saw plenty of others taking their food out with them because it was a cramped dining area. There is only one ice machine which hard to get to from where our room was. The clock in the room was setup with the wrong time. It was hard to find the inn at night.

it’s quiet inside the room, and the bed was comfortable.

the outside stairs are really unsafe for older adults. the first flight of steps are 6” risers. After the landing, the second set at 10” risers and very difficult to climb with a cane. the hand rails are not shielded from the sun are too hot even walk by, much less touch. The towels are tiny and very rough. The light in the bathroom works intermittently so keep the door open when showering. The staff checked us in, while looking at son their portable devices. We were made to sign a registration card and less than 30 minutes later, they started badgering us to come to the office immediately! Apparently, they put us in the wrong room and demanded we move to the other side of the building. my husband is recovering from back surgery and was in extreme pain. They checked us in, and we didn’t make the mistake…they did. The motel was 90% empty, it they wanted us to move! instead, I suggested having me sign a new registration card which they initially balked at, it finally agreed to. The neighborhood is sketchy and twice in two days we came out to find several adult men looking inside our car. We finally packed it up on the morning of the second day as we had enough.

Quietness, clean and good breakfast. Front desk owners were not pleasant to customers. The guy who is the owner stood there looking at me when I asked him a question. Very rude ppl. The staff were nice!

The room they gave room 121 was very comfortable. I requested easy access for my wife she has a hard time walking. They met my request. Room very clean. Breakfast was fresh and good. One of the best stays at a Best Western. When ever I am back in the area which is on a regular basis. I will be staying there.

Very quiet...there was hardly anyone there. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from...even grabbed a banana for my trip back to Las Vegas, NV

Not much!

The room was not clean, floor dirty, not enough towels, bed was horrible, bathroom shower was dirty (like mold) in corners, etc. Also, when we were back on the road, checked our checking account and they charged us an additional $100 for the stay, called them, said it was a deposit and we would receive the monies back within 3-5 business days! Never knew a thing about this!
