The bathroom needed some work. Door didn't close. Shower curtain hung wrong. Towel rack broken.

This condo is cute and perfect for a short getaway for one or two people. It’s clean and situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a well manicured property. Unlike other rentals, I was pleasantly surprised with some toiletries, soaps and paper products.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property itself. I ran into some frustration when the confirmation email contained incorrect contact information and and incorrect address. I arrived after sunset, so it was also difficult to locate the condo number without the outside light illuminated.

Location and cleanliness.

Matress was so bad I ended up sleeping on sofa. TV in bedroom didn’t work. When I contacted management they acknoeledged they knew matress was bad but haven’t gorren around to replacing it. I left a day early because Of it.

The owner was very responsive to all texts. The only mishap was that the battery died in the electronic keypad lock. The owner worked diligently to get someone to come to our rescue ASAP. No big deal, not anyone's fault. The place was very clean and comfortable. We were only there to sleep. It was within 5 minutes to Pinehurst Village and 10 minutes to Southern Pines. Very quiet. About an hour and ten minutes to Raleigh airport. I would recommend it as a comfortable, quiet, clean place to stay in a good location close to plenty of golf and shopping.

Condo needs to focus on wood repairs on railings.

The location of the property was great. We were back in town after moving from there back in January for a friends wedding so needed a place to stay in Pinehurst. The dishwasher was new which was nice and plenty of storage for your bags and luggage.

DIRTY!!! The village is infested with wood bees so the railing and steps to the condo were falling apart not to mention the feces all over the stoop upon entry. Had to daily sweep off the porch so that it did not track in on our shoes or in the condo. First thing we noticed was a musty smell, throw rugs were filthy as was the bathroom rug, all were very dingy looking and had not been washed between visitors. The shower curtain had mildew and mold all over the bottom of it with the pink scum. It had not been washed, let alone changed out for new visitors in a long time. The property is very dated and the decor is as well. When I asked for a new shower curtain/liner on check in, the contact said it would not be until two days later that housekeeping would be by to give us a new liner but they would not be replacing the curtain. The bathroom vent did not work. The queen size bed sunk in the middle. The sofa and chair were in bad shape. The contact did mention that those were being replaced the following month but that did not do us any good. The refrigerator had broken shelves. Needed an iron and when I went to use it, the iron was BLACK. Had to go buy one. S and P shakers were spilled over the cabinets. We have stayed in many air bnb's and vrbo's and never in one this dirty. The towels were a dingy white and none were matching, a couple appeared to have never been washed. Towels need a total replace. We were asked to run the dishwasher upon check out which we did but they gave us only ONE dishwasher tab, ONE trash bag, ONE roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for a 7 nite stay. The back porch was full of pollen and the cushions to the chairs were very dirty and needed a good wash. Upon making a complaint to the contact, we were told that they were sorry we were unhappy but that the condo was getting a reno in a couple of months and that we could get a comp nite then. We will NOT be back, reno or no reno.
