Waking up to plenty of good coffee. No need for breakfast nearby Pinehurst has more than enough on offer My wife and I have made Melissa's Cottage our destination of choice

The owner Dave and Melissa were friendly and felt like family.

I needed a room and waited nearly too long to find one. I accidentally found this home, hosted by Melissa and her husband. I was only there the night before the Hot Rod Power Tour car show the following day. It was day four of five day car show, 1300 miles. I had asked if I could use their garden hose to detail the car, they said it was no problem. The next morning I showered and forgot my bathroom personals. They called me and told me, I was at a hotel and didn’t have enough time to drive to and from before we left, so Melissa’s husband drove them to me. You couldn’t find a more accommodating host than Melissa and her husband.

I don’t believe anyone could think of a negative. If you want to stay a night and feel privileged to stay, this is the place for anyone! They have two bedrooms on the same floor/loft area so you can bring your child or other family member.

I wasn't offered or served any breakfast. They did go out of their way to assist me for my volunteer work at Pinehurst.
