Safe neighborhood, close to any location in Toledo. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here twice and will book here again. Comfortable beds, perfect location for visiting in Ottawa Hills or nearby. Says 1 bath but there is a 1/2 bath in the basement too, which makes all the difference.

We traveled to see attractions in the area and stayed just over a week.The house was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It is well insulated as we knew it was storming but couldn't really hear the rain. Nice view of the Ottawa Hills athletic field outside. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property. Communication with the property manager was prompt and satisfactory.

Laura was a wonderful host. Her place was clean, a safe location, and only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown activities. Mancys, Tony Packos, Art/glass museum, Mud Hens stadium, and the Toledo Botanical Gardens were close by. The street was tree lined and the high school and elementary school were in walking distance. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this property. The house is exactly as described and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The host is very quick to respond if you ever have any questions. I would consider staying here again next time I travel to the area.

Lots of old house charm, well-decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and we had everything we needed.
Laura was a great host and communicated well prior to arrival.

Our overall stay was nice and conveniently located near our planned activities. We did have to do some cleaning upon our arrival. There also was a delay in receiving the checkout information. Our host was very responsive and readily communicated with us.

Lovely house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The accomodations were clean and close to dining and shopping. The property owner ensured we had all the information we needed in advance of arriving, and clear and simple instructions for leaving. We were even able to watch the Superbowl on their smart TV which was a pleasant surprise as we fully expected to have to stream it off our own device. The k-cups were stocked with a wonderful assortment. They accomodated our dogs. We will stay again! Thank you!

Long time Toledo resident so I can say this is the best area in the city to be. Furnishings are comfortable and clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. Parking in the garage is a plus. Our go to place in the Toledo area.

The Ottawa Hills house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The comfortable beds allowed us a great night's sleep after sightseeing all day. And we enjoyed reminiscing around the big dining room table covered with our old photos and yearbooks. every night .

Our family had a fantastic stay on Indian Road while in the Toledo area for a family visit. The house is charming—well-appointed, immaculate, and ever so comfortable! We really enjoyed ourselves and really appreciated Laura’s hospitality. We will be back! Beth Fine

Nice Clean House
My family really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our mini vacation amazing! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and other area locations. Contact with the owner was pleasant and she was attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Charming Ottawa Hills Colonial
There aren’t enough accolades to bestow on this charming home and it’s owner, Laura. Beautifully appointed with everything you would need during your stay and excellent communication before, during and after the trip! This home is also pet friendly and our fur baby, Basil Alfredo, especially enjoyed “surveying his domain” through the glass front door. Thank you, Laura, for the perfect weekend getaway destination… We enjoyed every minute and hope to return again soon! Be well!

Great place, great neighborhood, easy process. Don't worry about your reservation when booking with Laura. House was perfect for me, my wife and 2 teenagers. Used it for a quick weekend trip to Toledo. The neighbor hood is worth a walk.
